I always knew where my package is and when it will be delivered.

Everything was great. Delivery was on time and package was intact

It was all great, the selection of books is huge....but... The packaging is poor and the delivery time is really long. It took 3-4 weeks (it was a birthday present and didn't came on time).

Very slow delivery. It took about a month to get ordered books. Otherwise satisfied with books and price, but delivery is something you should improve.

I'm new to this page, but I've already ordered three times, and so far, I'm very pleased with the service as well as the palette of available books, since I have ordered from very different genres.

I love the way this works! They really have the wide net of international suppliers and managed to get me really rare and specific books on the desired topic. I had to wait few weeks, but it was worth the wait ❤

Amazing offer and super reliable book delivery.

They have a great selection of books, even ones that are not that easy to find anywhere else and the prices are good too. I always got a fast and helpful reply. One of my books arrived damaged but I didn’t want to send it back because of the time so they offered me a discount as a compensation which was nice. The only issue I had was with the packaging, the books arrived fine but it wasn’t fully covered everywhere and didn’t look the nicest so if it had been raining it would have ruined the books. Besides that I’m happy I finally found a place in Slovenia where I can get foreign books for a good price so thank you! :)

Very good for buying books and comics (or manga). The delivery is cheap and all the packages I have recived were in good condition.
The deliveries tend to come a bit later than they say they will (not more than 2 weeks). If you want deliveries on time this might be a problem.
I have not had problems with them so i dont know about their costumer service.
I recomend.

The books had a great price and availability is also great. The shipping took a bit longer but I didn't mind, especially because it was dependant on suppliers, on how fast they will ship the books to Libristo i suppose. The only thing that left me disappointed was the packaging. The cardboard was squished, torn in some places and it had gaps that could ruin the books if it rained or anything. One of the books did come a bit damaged, but I didn't have the energy to send it back and wait again. I do have to fix the book now tho because the corners are bent or torn a little bit and the cover also had some damages. I wish they would put a bit more thought into protecting the books while they are shipped.

Delivery was fast, books were wrapped in a way that they didn't get creased, price was good.
I will definitely use again. 👍

Got books here when they didnt have them elsewhere. Everything went smoothly, wait time a bit longer than usual, but its because of those rare books. Will order again!

Got two locally very hard-to-get (actually sold-out) graphic novels from them, a lifesaver. The price was also lower than anywhere else, which is even better

We were always notified of the packages location. The package arrived correctly and without any damages.

The delivery was great, the book arrived in great shape, the only thing i missed is the fast delievery. I waited around 10-14 days.
