Received my order in a very timely manner. The item (dog playpen) was exactly as advertised. It is a very nice looking addition to my home and, most importantly the dogs love it!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing and the communication. I wanted a very specific grill cart and found it on Licarca for a good bit less. Received it quickly too. I will definitely shop here again!

I searched the internet for the best price on a massive pirate ship Lego set, and the Licarca Store had it. Walmart fulfilled the product, but Licarca was cheaper than Walmart, Amazon, Target, and everything else by a long shot. Licarca appears to be a small e-commerce operation that focuses on friendly customer service, and I can really appreciate that. I am happy to support small businesses like this, especially when it keeps the Evil Empire of Amazon from making the sale.

Site seemed possibly sketchy but took my chances to save money and it was perfect. About 1 week or less I received my item in perfect condition.

My order was received quickly, and packaged well. Prompt response to a delivery issue. The ups driver dropped the package over the fence and even though the package broke open the heater was not damaged. Lacarca was ready with a response.
