Der Buchungprozess ist sehr transparent. Die Anwendungen sehr einfach und leicht zu verstehen. Es gab auch bei mir den Hinweis, dass aufgrund der golden week, der Feiertagswoche in Japan, eine verlängerte Bearbeitungszeit zu erwarten ist. Ich habe währenddessen Kontakt aufgenommen und innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde mir geantwortet. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Organisation sich eingesetzt hat, damit ich in der Reihe von 700 wartenden vorgezogen wurde, und rechtzeitig meine Fahrerlaubnis übersetzt bekommen habe. In Summe top Service jederzeit wieder netter Kontakt. Danke Kai
