Deciding to replace the roof on our early 70s house was a big step, but Joe at Lichfield Waterproofing made the entire process effortless. From the initial visit, Joe was honest, informative, and offered a very competitive price for both a new roof and gutters.

Communication was top-notch—we received clear written information regarding logistics, warranties, and aftercare. The scaffolding, materials, and skip arrived perfectly on schedule, and the crew got straight to work the next day. They were polite, fast, and kept everything remarkably clean. Joe even took me up on the scaffolding to show me the completed work up close. Fantastic quality and service. Highly recommended!

I’d been dealing with issues on my flat roof since last year and unfortunately made the mistake of going with a cheaper company first. The work wasn’t great, and when problems came back, they were nowhere to be found. I tried another company after that, but it was only a temporary fix.
