Due to the company incorrectly naming the business bank account, I reported the company for fraud, as I didn't recognise the payment.

Which the bank after a full invest
igation, refunded me the amount.

During Calls/Texts/Emailing after me being refunded, the company said they didn't know they had 'that setting' for a different bank name details.

I offered to repay the amount, but that wasn't good enough, and was told to phone my bank.

This is the full email:
'You need to understand that we will ultimately likely need to take down the LickiMat UK website as we have been labeled a fraudulent website by you.

Offering to make payment is irrelevant, as your actions and the reporting of LickiMat UK has significant ripples that may impact all LickiMat UK customers. You may well say that this is all our fault, but you can help by contacting your bank to fix this.

As advised, we are left with few options in dealing with this matter. It is a serious matter for us and our other customers. If you did contact your bank through the same mechanism you used to call us fraudulent, it would likely help. We have spent hours trying to fix this.

Which the bank has taken as threatening, as this is a tactic used to get further money out customers.

As all I should have been required to do is pay the original amount. I was also told it is not true that a whole website has to be closed for a individual case.

I have issued this incase others have are also in this situation.

Lickimat has been a game changer for us. Our Cocker Spaniel is always begging for food when we eat. Freezing the lickimat with her food mashed up we get a good 20 minutes of peace.

I purchased a lickimat for my 12 week old golden retriever. Unfortunately it was not fit for purpose as the raised pieces on the mat are easily chewed and broken. I emailed lickimat and they were quick to reply asking for further details and pictures. I sent these and I have never heard from them again although I have chased them twice. Very poor product and customer service.

Wonderful products!! Kept my dogs stimulated, quiet, and focused for hours. Safe, easy to clean, and pet friendly! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to keep their fur friends stimulated and happy!

This was a very unsafe product for my 49 lb dog. It came apart while she was kicking it and could have killed her through choking or stomach obstruction. Happy to share photos. Cannot reach the company (only if I want to sell their products ). This product is made in China and not safe for dogs

Made an order recently from the UK site. The product itself worked a treat, and the website & customer experience was great too. Very happy.

Our Boxer dog loves the lickmats which unfortunately are not dishwasher safe but just discovered on their site they make some fun ones which are dishwasher safe. Just bought the UFO and SPLASH bowl - Yoggi Pot next month. These are all dishwasher safe which is brilliant.

My dog Stanley absolutely loves all the lickimats range. We have the tough mats and his new fave the yoggi pot.

Adversive training???? Would go to a company who put dogs first not pain!

They're backing an unqualified "trainer" who openly relies on choking, prong and e-collars, despite lacking any credentials in the field. Despite the abundance of behaviorists and trainers committed to studying and staying updated on the latest canine learning science, their endorsement disregards expertise in favor of someone lacking both knowledge and ethical standards.

We’ve used Licki Mat for as long as we’ve had our dog, the first item we bought was a puppy soother I believe it was called, along with a tuff edition. Our dog suffers with some separation anxiety so having something to keep her entertained when we are away is really helpful. I’ve since gone on to try almost the entire collection & my opinion remains the same, Licki Mat are fantastic quality & a part of Zara’s feeding routine daily.

Bought the so called Tuff version, was completely destroyed by our puppy in under half an hour! Complete and utter waste of money!
Update: I would like to add the customer service was excellent and they replaced the item and supplied an extra item for nothing. So although I don't rate the product the customer service was very good. I have added 2 stars.

Would advise against the lickmat Soother With 100s of sticky uppy things go for the lickmat buddy with the crosses In it ive just spent 45mins cutting every second one Of the spikes out As my dog was trying to lick peanut butter we put on the mat but could only get 10% of the peanut butter after like 20 mins Of trying would be good if there was some product testing before selling . It as works as intended now but just be aware if you have a big dog and leave them alone with it they might get fed up and try eating the whole mat
