I thought I had ordered Laura geller make up set absolute con do not sue this company I have no idea how they are getting away with this

I believed I was ordering from Laura Geller. I followed a link from Laura Geller instagram. The product finally arrived and I will not be using it. It is a TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

As per other customers, this is a scam. Cheap crap delivered. Can’t believe I fell for it, but their advertising is so good and so like Laura Geller. Have requested a refund, but doubt I’ll get it.

Total ripoff. Not Laura Geller at all. Fake product from China. Only 1 piece, no brush. AVOID!

Spent £25 special offer Laura Geller make up palette & brush.

Arrived, not as described, no brush, just a cheap palette if inferior quality make up !!

Absolute rubbish! Fake Laura Geller and only 1pc. Mine arrived today smashed to bits. So awful and a complete scam. I've emailed them but doubt I'll get a reply!

I have now received an email offering up to 20% refund of the full cost and I can keep the product...lucky me!
This is not the baked product as described and I wouldn't dare put it anywhere near my face.
I have refused their offer. I'll update accordingly.

I was offered 30% refund which I refused.
Today I received this email:

After refusing to return item I mentioned that I would send the item to Trading Standards and also inform them of the UK address included with the packaging. This seemed to do the trick. I got this reply:

My final update will hopefully be to confirm I've received the refund (or not)

Needless to say, I still haven't received a refund.
I have decided to send the item and the UK PO Box address included on the packaging to Trading Standards. Hopefully, this long, many times updated review will stop people from purchasing from this company or any other company that advertises fake Laura Geller products.

Ordered from this company (now know to be based in China) products arrived minus two items. the product received was loose powder pallet not baked powder as advertised. Customer service contacted. no apology no recognition of items missing offered 20% off price. refused the offer asked for return address offered 30% again refused. requested I send the item back to China address supplied at my expense to see if the item was eligible for a refund. If so they would refund but not the return postage. The item was posted from a PO box in Hounslow which was not safe to return to.. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. Advised to AVOID at all costs.

FAKE FAKE FAKE Goods BUYERS beware!! AVOID this company their advert is totally misleading & falsely promotes on social media as being a LAURA GELLER advert. It states shipping from US etc all looks genuine but it is only after payment is processed you receive email notification to track package, & then find it is an email address from an obscure company & goods are being shipped from CHINA it will try to direct you to the App store to purchase an obscure Tracking app.
I will refuse to accept delivery of their goods as it is likely to cost a fortune to return (as they know) & this could contain very harmful substances which I am not prepared to risk. I have disputed the payment with my bank & provided very helpful information received directly from Laura Geller Beauty. Do NOT be drawn in by FLASH SALES ending soon promotions - if it seems to good to be true IT IS!! So PLEASE do not waste your money. If you google the company you will find plenty of reviews stating SCAM to AVOID
