Mishayla at Life Kitchens is a superb kitchen designer. She has incredible attention to detail, a great eye for design and patience. We underwent an extension from a tiny galley kitchen to an open plan and the transformation was incredible–we feel like we're in a new house! We had a really positive experience with the whole team from Graham as our installations manager to Nicola at the warehouse. There was a great deal of care and expertise. I can't recommend Life Kitchen highly enough.

Life Trade supplied and fitted my kitchen after I moved into a property that needed modernisation. From the outset, the consultation, advice and fitting were all really solid, and communication was a strong point — they’re quick to respond and there’s a dedicated team guiding you through the process. It’s worth being aware upfront that they only offer a dry-fit kitchen, which can sometimes mean delays when coordinating plumbers or electricians, and their warehouse has limited storage, so your kitchen can usually only be held for around 2–3 weeks. You’ll also need to dispose of the packaging yourself once installed. That said, the overall service was very good, and follow-up care didn’t drop off either — I only had a couple of minor issues and these were dealt with promptly. I’d recommend Life Trade if you want a professional, responsive kitchen supplier and you’re happy to plan the wider trade coordination alongside it.

I have had a kitchen, utility room and a closet done by Life Kitchens. The results are amazing and I couldn’t be happier. All the team members from sales to installation and everyone in between were professional and easy to work with. They were especially patient when I was overwhelmed by all the decisions to be made. The advice I received was excellent. They went the extra mile to accommodate my wishes and the quality of the end results is beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

From the outset we had great support, inspiration and advice from our designer and have been very happy with the outcome and the quality of the kitchen. We particularly enjoy the worktops and everything was expertly fitted.

I had a new kitchen installed by Life Kitchens back in 2019, and I still absolutely love it, it looks fantastic and has held up brilliantly over the years. Recently, my integrated fridge freezer needed replacing, and after three failed attempts with John Lewis to source a unit that would actually fit, I was completely stuck.

In desperation, I contacted Life, and the next morning they sent someone out to assess and modify the unit free of charge. They adjusted the cabinetry and fitted the new fridge freezer (the fourth one!) seamlessly, all with zero fuss and outstanding professionalism.

It’s incredibly rare these days to come across a company that puts customer service first and stands by their work years after installation. Life Kitchens truly went above and beyond, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Gavin at Waterloo.

I approached Life for help with my kitchen as I had explored a few high Street retailers but none of them seemed to be able to offer the customisation required for my awkwardly spaced kitchen. I worked with Damla who helped design my kitchen. She was such a pleasure to work with, so patient and accommodating. She really did make the whole experience seem effortless. Life Kitchens provided an fantastic end-to-end service.

Their designer Stuart in the Waterloo showroom, was both highly knowledgable, and patient with our requests, producing a design to perfectly suit our needs.

Delivery was on time and afer-sales support from Nicola was faultless. We were missing a couple of panels on first delivery, which is forgivable on such a complex order, but Nicola and Stuart ensured this was resolved instantly with another delivery the very next day.

We're delighted with the quality of the final result and would highly recommend Life Kitchens to others.

Our experience with Life Kitchens from start to finish has been exceptional. We were very impressed with the attention to detail from the initial design concept to the quality of the finished product once installed. In particular, despite several delays to the process during our house renovation, the communication from everyone in the entire team was superb at all stages, and they were always quick to respond when any issues arose. Super service from Damla and her team. They have designed and produced a stunning kitchen. Most importantly (and highly unusual in London), they were both on a budget and on time! I cannot recommend them highly enough. We have the kitchen of our dreams, and it is in no small part thanks to Life Kitchens.

We recently used Life Kitchens and worked with Ben and Stuart at the Wimbledon branch, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. After looking around at different options, I found Life Kitchens to be the most professional and well-priced, given the quality.

Life Kitchen helped design and fit out our kitchen while our builders prepared the site and handled the plumbing and electrics. It was an absolute pleasure working with them. Ben was especially attentive to our needs and gave us excellent advice about the electrics. His attention to detail was outstanding — he pointed out things I hadn’t even noticed, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard.

What worked particularly well for us was the combination of great builders alongside Life Kitchens’ excellent design. The end result is a kitchen that looks absolutely stunning.

Faultless from start to finish. The team at Life have delivered an outstanding final result.

We paid our 25% deposit 17th September 2021 and made the full payment on 11th November 2021 with the expectation that our kitchen will be completed in time for Christmas.

We were informed by Life staff that our kitchen was going to be delivered on 26th November 2021 and so we made arrangements to be at home that day. We were also informed that installation would commence the following Monday (29th). We contacted Life Staff late afternoon on 26th November because there was no sign of the delivery, to be informed our kitchen was out for delivery and would be delivered as scheduled that day. An hour later we were informed by someone else that it would not be delivered until the following Tuesday 30th November.

The kitchen fitters arrived on Wednesday 1st December, who were prompt and very professional. However, they informed us that several other kitchen items were either missing, not properly constructed and the wrong item had been sent.

Our complaint as of 19th December 2021 is:

We have no door handles on our cupboard doors, it is extremely hard to open cabinets with no handles.
One of the draws on the island, the two sides are not fitted correctly and therefore move. The kitchen fitters informed us that the draw was not constructed properly in the factory.
We have no under unit lights, they have not been delivered.
The wrong plinth was sent and not enough, so we are waiting for correct plinth to be delivered.
We do not have enough trim for the cupboards, we are waiting for more to be delivered.
One on the draws in the pantry, does not have a rubber mat on the bottom, we are waiting for this to be delivered.
The fridge door was delivered with a bump and scratch, which is very visible, and we have already sent photos to Life.
The end panel on the Island has not been delivered.
Finally, the customer service from Life, has been very poor. There has been no consistency with who calls us and who responds to our enquires. Staff call and say they will call back and then don’t call. One person text us to say he would call and then we did not hear back. On Friday 17th December, we informed staff that we wanted to make a complaint, were informed they would contact us by email and we have not heard anything.

I wish we had read previous reviews on other websites before paying full price up front. Terrible customer service for high end prices.
