Great service 2 day delivery when I’d been let down

It is my first order with this company, very responsive and professional, definitely I will order again 🤗

Super quick shipping and great prices. Really helpful and friendly customer service!

I really do appreciate this company and the great reliable and friendly customer service. 5 star quality products which are super to use and a great discount price.

Usually they have wonderful products and I recommended them. But my last product BTX 100iu was not effective at all after injection which not sure if it is the product not effective or what else. Usually R N Tox is my go to product.

Ghosted, no tracking shared, never received my order. Thoroughly disappointing experience.

Excellent products at excellent prices.
Delivery always prompt.
Communication via email or Whatsapp can be slow which is my only complaint but they do always respond eventually and sort out any ongoing issues.

My products arrived the following day ,speedy delivery. Communication also fab

Excellent products, highly recommend !
Delivery service was brilliant came within two days, products arrived safe and secure, transported correctly.

Bottle was empty
Tried multiple times to contact but no response will be reporting

Superfast delivery well packaged and sooo much choice

Has been great so far. Have had refund when needed it. Great company

Excellent all round can’t fault them

First time ordering excellent service. Product arrived the next day as promised. Very well packaged.
Will definitely be using this company for further products.

Ordered the day before product came the following day.

I am very satisfied with both the products and the service. The delivery is always on time, everything is carefully and securely packaged, and the quality of the products is excellent. I have had a very positive experience so far and truly appreciate the professionalism and reliability. I hope the same high standards will continue in the future. Thank you!

Paid extra for a Saturday delivery order for it not to arrive. Customer service has been appalling. Every message has been ignored. Email ignored. Calls ignored. Feeling like I have just been scammed.
