Our experience with Life On Ice was great. They were very clear in their communication and organised the transport without any issues. Additionally, we found them to be very reasonably priced. Very happy with their service!

The transferring process was amazing every step was very clear and smooth.

Communication was excellent throughout. We received a number of quotes from similar services (some specialised and some not) and the level of detail that Bob went into compared to them was staggering.

We were kept up to date consistently throughout the process and the confident assurance we were provided really put our minds at ease.

Slightly on the pricey side compared to some other quotes (mostly from generic couriers rather than specialists) we received but it was clear even from just the initial communications that the service Life on Ice provide is on another level compared to others.

Given that the cargo being transported by Life on Ice is as important as you can get, you naturally want a specialised courier and I struggle to believe that you would be able to get a better service from any other company.

We had no idea about cryogenic delivery before using this service. Our clinic recommended six different companies, we asked all of them for quotes & some questions. We chose Life on Ice because they were affordable and, by far, the best when it came to communication. Even emails sent in the evening were replied to quickly, which we didn’t expect. Most importantly our delivery arrived safely. Excellent communication and customer service throughout.

Our experience with Life on Ice was excellent from start to finish. We were transferring eggs from Scotland to England, and they came recommended by both clinics. Communication was clear and responses always timely. I was kept up to date through the whole process, and everything just felt really straightforward, which is what you want when dealing with everything else, fertility!
