Ana Pavelin Gomiz was really friendly, polite and helpful throughout our conversations. She took the time to explain everything clearly and put things into simple terms for me, which I really appreciated.

In the end, she wasn’t able to find me a cheaper or better policy than the cover I already had, but she was completely honest about that and there was never any pressure to change anything just for the sake of it.

Actually, the conversations were really useful because they helped me properly understand the life insurance policies I already have and gave me much more clarity around my existing cover.

I made an enquiry through compare the market to look at my life insurance due to a change in circumstances. Julie rang me back very quickly. She went through the questions and updates (as I have used them before) and was really informative about different policies that match my needs. She was really friendly and understood what would work best for me.

Julie phoned me back in under an hour to talk me through what she had found and compared, explaining the comparisons and her recommendations along with why she made these recommendations and we agreed on the best policies for myself.

I have now been booked in with an application specialist to complete the process.

Jamal is a credit to life search. Super friendly and very understanding. Adaptable and knowledgeable. Originally Jamal set up our critical illness and life policies 3+ years ago. I recently got in touch to update some bits as well as tweak the policy. Jamal was on it super quick and effectively getting us the exact cover we needed.
