Maybe cheaper, but probably not the best advice
Our advisor was not that interested in what level of cover we required, and I was not clear on what product we purchased. Received conflicting and confused product summaries by email. A subsequent review with a local advisor at time of our mortgage renewal highlighted that whilst we had a cheaper product we did not actually have appropriate cover for our needs.

Excellent customer service
Charles at LifeSearch was really great, he completed a review of our existing policies and we agreed to make a few changes. Excellent customer service, and a pleasure to have a real conversation with someone rather than robotic form filling. I will definitely speak to him if I need anything further. Overall experience of LifeSearch over 6yrs is very good.

Fantastic service
Well, Mathew was the best! After first conversation I have decided not to take the insurance as have other ones in place, but Matt took his time to explain all if and buts, listen to what I had to say and tailored the insurance around my needs. Very friendly, funny. I must say if someone else had rung I would not take out insurance.
