Homeowner was requested to take photos of the existing installation that were not delivered to the field technician. Technician had to do more work to access the tank that was being replaced. Job was completed with homeowner's assistance.

They got here early. Which was great. They did call and ask first. They were friendly and answered any questions we had. They were finished in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints.
