Excellent Spin Bike (SM-420)
Will be upgrading to a more advanced one in the next 2 years.

I have tested with Rouvy, and it works except for annoying Beeping on the bike every time it communicates with the computer for speed or anything. As it's already working with Rouvy, it should not be too difficult to do necessary changes to work properly.

Unfortunately after so many emails placed to technical department regarding my spin bike. On 1 I could hardly move the pedals. Told take video plus photos of bike not moving freely off 1. Told you can send bike back. This is an installed bike. I asked so many times I am happy to pay can you send someone out. Told nothing the matter with bike. You can remove magnet in bike. Well if we remove magnet and bike does not work what happens now. This company is slack with follow-ups. I am happy to supply all emails from Tech team. So, lucky me has a bike that does not work. Think twice before buying from this company if you put together your own equipment. So straightforward. We checked everything. Be aware once there equipment leaves them the company are not interested.

Purchase was painless, great advice as to choice of spin bike. Free software is mpre than adequate for my needs. Packaging OUTSTANDING. Took the best part of 20 minutes to prise all the carefully packed parts carefully. lol. Easy to assemble and the bike is extremely sturdy at 40kgs. In my second week of working out daily and couldn't be happier ar=t this stage.

2 months and have not received anything!!!

Excited when I first purchased but now I just want my money back!!!

3 MONTHS AND STILL NOTHING!!!!

This is frustrating as I’ve emailed and all I get is an apology it will come soon. Had I known it would take this long I wouldn’t have purchased anything. This was a gift for my daughter who is struggling with mental health after losing her partner. She gained so much weight as it took a toll on her mentally so the reason for this purchase was to help her get back on track physically and mentally keep her occupied. I spent over 3K and it’s disappointing that it’s taking this long. Please do better!!!!

Easy purchase and convenient pick up locatin.

I was hoping the back rest and frame part of the seat was removable. As it is I'll need to cut it off with an angle grinder to help it work as I wished. Just a simple oversight on my behalf I guess,

We had to approach a team member for assistance. While he was ok he didn't offer any advise or information unless we asked questions. As we were replacing another like item it was a fairly easy sale for the team member.

Purchasing was quick & easy. Picked up from locally, was easy staff were friendly!
