I attended a Jude Gove craft workshop - fantastic experience - this store is filled with beautiful products and run by wonderful people!

My mum and I recently took part in a morning class at the shop, run by Jude Gove. The class was fantastic and Jude was patient, fun and encouraging! Everyone left with their own handmade leather coin purse and everyone was delighted!
The shop itself is stunning and the owner Susan was an incredible host - offering teas, coffees and cakes during the class. She has an incredible eye for design and the store is a fabulous curated collection of homegrown talents alongside international designers.

Super quick, home delivery. My package contained a wee, personalised, handwritten note with my order thanking me for my order. This was such a lovely touch. The earrings are beautiful- couldn’t recommend Lifestory enough if you are ordering online (or in person if you’re lucky enough to be in the city of Edinburgh).

Ordered a couple of gifts from their online shop. The ceramics were exactly as they looked/described and really well packaged. Delivery was quick. Would definitely use the online shop again. Have been in to the shop last month when through in Edinburgh and would recommend if you’re local to pop in - it’s the same as online shop but so well laid out, lovely place, the staff are helpful and really knowledgeable

I ordered a chair which had to come from Denmark. Susan got in touch to keep me posted on delivery lead times and made sure to check everything was ok as I was not in for the first delivery attempt. Such a pleasure to receive this above expected and super friendly level of customer service and I am absolutely thrilled with my chair. I will definitely be shopping here again and I highly recommend this shop.
