This company is a total scam I got ripped off $300 for some garbage hydrogen water bottles complete crap. I tested the bottles no hydrogen at all ask for a refund didn't get it complete scam

I bought 1 item from this company. Upon checking my cc statement I found that they charged me $24.99 multiple times for a "subscription" that I never ordered. I tried to contact them but no phone number available to stop. Do not order anything from this company.

This company is a scam. I ordered one product,and no where in the item description was I would be signing up for a $24.99/ month charge! Found a phone # 1888- 506-7897. It's just a call center. I demanded the " subscription " be canceled,and the "representative " tried to sell me another product with a discount. I still have not received an email cancelation, and now have to cancel my cc as to get the monthly charge removed. I wish I had been more alert

Do not order anything from these people. They will start charging you $24.99 a month for a membership you never signed up for. Their products are garbage and don’t work properly. This is a total scam. BEWARE!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I didn't order anything from them but found a charge on my card for $24.99. This is a scam. Someone is charging people's card for nothing. This is Fraud. I looked them up and from the products they offer I'd never buy from them. I'm turning them into Homeland Security. Someone needs to investigate Wise Lifestyle.

The only improvement is charge this company with theft and to repay all the illegal transactions. They got me for two unsolicited payments before I noticed the billings'

Please do not order cameras or anything from this company! These terrible cameras arrived…paid almost $100 for two lousy cameras and now I’m being charged a $24.99 fee every month! For what? THIS IS A SCAM! I called the merchant and asked them to stop charging me and send me an email saying so. The problem is…the company name on the email does not match the name on my credit card charge. This is how they are getting away with fraud. They are still are billing me under generallifestyleshop but the email that said they canceled the monthly fee is from MiniGuard Cam. STAY AWAY from these scammers. I am going to have to refute these charges. Fun!

Echoing other recent reviews here, General Lifestyles Shop (Los Angeles, CA) charged us $25 on 12.18 (for something we ordered) and AGAIN on 01.17 (for no apparent reason).

Then on 01.22 our credit card company flagged a purchase in LA CA (we were in TX at the time) as fraudulent. We had to cancel our CC and redo all of our automatic monthly payments.

On top of that, the product we purchased from them is defective and we can't find anyway to return it for credit!

Anything from this company is an absolute SCAM. Product was terrible - then a month later I get an ongoing "monthly fee" of $24.99, which I knew nothing about and obviously did not approve. DO NOT under any circumstances order anything from this fraudulent company

Don't buy anything from a company with "Noble" in their business name. Like others I bought a pair of small "trail" cameras that in the end did not work as advertised. As others have stated I immediately started receiving monthly recurring charges of $24.99- for absolutely no reason. My CC company is working to reverse the charges. Smacks of a scam

If I could give 0, it would be 0. You see the product, next thing you see is more to choose from. You hit NEXT to bypass the next offer, and to go to your cart, all of a sudden you have purchased both items you did not want. They "say" its immediately shipped so you cant get a refund, or cancel the purchase. It doesnt hit your credit card statement, conveniently, so your card cant dispute til days after. This is just outright theft. Stay away. Ok. Just got an email this afternoon saying this product shipped....AFTER THEY TOLD ME I COULDNT CANCEL BECAUSE IT HAD ALREADY SHIPPED. NO IT HAD NOT. LIED LIED LIED. I AM NOT ACCEPTING SHIPMENT....IF IT SHOWS UP AT ALL. Talk about SHOVE A PRODUCT DOWN YOUR THROAT, THEN LIES ABOUT WHEN IT SHIPPED....GREAT COMPANY. SCAM ARTISTS.

Ok, 1/27/25...I got that email with a supposed tracking number. Went to get the tracking number, ALL EMAILS THEY SENT ARE GONE. I NO LONGER EVEN HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER. NO CANCEL ON THE ORDER. THEFT, PURE THEFT.

was signed up for a subscription $24.99 monthly fee without any knowledge, charge just showed up on the card. Item ordered a piece of junk! Would not recommend using this company or Alpha heaters

I bought your cheap toys and you think that gives you the right to take $25 dollars a month of my disability money for nothing. Now you know why people get killed like that Healthcare guy.I just spent 2 weeks trying to stop subscriptions I didn't know I had,now you hit me with another.If I could get to you I would take you off this planet with out a subscription. I need a phone number,that's another reason to kill.

I ordered an item that arrived as promised, then got charged 2 months in a row for items I never ordered nor received. I called the customer service number and complained, and after some persistence got the charges reversed and hopefully got my account cleared. This is such a racket. Do not engage with this company!

VAULT LIFE STYLE SHOP IS A PHISHING SCAM.....DON'T GET HOOKED!!!!
I made a legitimate purchase through VAULT LIFE STYLE SHOP. The ordered product arrived as described. However, "somewhere" during the on-line purchase process, I became enrolled in a $9.99 per month membership charge. I contacted VAULT LIFE STYLE SHOP customer service (888_506_7987) and after a lengthy and high pressure sales tactic discussion with their customer service representative, I was finally able to get them to remove my account (hopefully) and restore only the current month's $9.99 fee. I checked my credit card info and saw a pending credit for $9.99 that same day; none of the prior months were reimbursed. Is their business illegal / non-legitimate.....no, but it is highly unethical in manipulating customers into a monthly $9.99 purchase discount fee. I will never purchase anything associated with VAULT LIFE STYLE SHOP and offer extreme caution to other potential purchasers!

Ordered a toy for 50% off supposed to be $39. 00. They billed $49.94 and 24.99 and 19.99!’ These are for other items they flipped up and asked if I wanted but I never clicked on those boxes to make those selections!! The charges were flashing on my smart phone as they were billing. I called card company. New card new number but I have to wait till it posts before they can assist! Go figure. I called immediately while charges were in pending status.
