Good good good

I travel a lot with work, and have have been to many different gyms (both private and council). This is - by FAR - the best Gym that I have been to. There is lots of equipment - I rarely have to wait for equipment to become available - the areas are clean, the air conditioning is great, parking is ample (and free), and the staff are friendly. I look forward going to the gym much more when I am at home for the weekends, because the experience is so much better.

The fact that it is open 24-hours is fantastic and really convenient for me. The toilets in the men's changing room could do with a wee bit more regular mopping, but that is not enough to detract from the 5 stars!

Clean. Plenty of machines. Well priced.

The coaches are very friendly, the equipment is basic but new and easy to use. Plus if you go at non-peak times you can basically have the gym to yourself!

Berfin was pivotal in getting me onboard wthout fuss and bother and making the experience easy. All the instructors and staff were friendly and welcoming. Terrific selection of modern equipment in great shape. Hours very convenient. Men's locker room spotless and showers hot.

Really do think they need to sort out the sauna end of things, needs a new look

Body Balance and yoga in lifestyle are second to none….. Go and give them a go…. You will love the relaxing bit at the end. 😌

I recently had mixed experiences with Lifestyle Fitness (lifestylefitness.co.uk). I attempted to freeze my membership, but they still charged me, stating the amount would carry over for when I return, which was frustrating as I had emailed them beforehand. On the positive side, I had productive PT sessions with Owen that helped me lose a dress size and gain energy. Instructors at Avon Valley, like Memphis and Jamie, were professional and supportive, tailoring workout plans well. Most of the gym is clean and well-equipped, though the showers desperately need attention, as they were quite dirty. Overall, it's a decent gym with room for improvement.

Been a member for a number of years. Good range of equipment, clean, superb atmosphere, excellent opening hours etc. Fair prices.
Staff are friendly and are knowledgeable.
The manager is Rachael, who leads by example.

Has all I need equipment wise, great welcome and induction. Signed up for some 1-1 sessions as a newbie which has proved a positive (if torturous!) experience. Other gym goers are friendly, nice feel to it. Shower facilities not very appealing, but happy to wait til home for that. It's open 6am (not 8am as shown on website) to 1pm, then 4om to 8pm. Based in a school so students have use 1 to 4pm which is good to encourage. So far so good for me.

Great people lovely clean gym and equipment and great classes with great teachers

I am really enjoying the classes. The instructors are very professional and experienced. The classes themselves are high intensity, challenging and work the whole body. Very different but very enjoyable.
