SCAM. You'll get a confirmation of your order via email, but on this occasion I was not charged. There was no invoice. They do not answer emails or calls. The physical store listed on the website has no address, cannot be found on Google Maps. The website says trusted since 2014, but the limited company on Companies House states the company was incorporated in 2026. The address registered does not show any company information, just a street in London. If you entered your card details, get the card cancelled through your card provider immediately. If you have an account on the website, edit it now to different details (I actually changed it to match the director's details of the scam sham company). BEWARE.

Attempted to make a purchase, was given a delivery time and date and thought I'd paid.

No confirmation, no email, so I contacted the seller, they dont answer the phones (made 8 attempts to call at random times of the day), and they dont reply to emails.
If you ever need customer service, dont bother with this company!!!

Scam Website I unfortunately fell prey to. I have had to report to my bank as my delivery didn't arrive. I had a order confirmation email, all seemed legit. But then nothing about my delivery slot or in transit/tracking details. I tried to ring, but couldn't leave a message as the box was full. I sent 3 emails all with no reply. My payment was sent to a company in Madrid. Please do t use them I can't believe I did and I'm now waiting to see if my bank will give me my money back.

A definite scam website. Was sent an email claiming to have misdelivered to an address in Surrey with empty promises to redeliver in a week. Oh but don’t worry they offered a smeg toaster as compensation or its equivalent value in cash. Scam, scam scam!! I now need to chase my credit card for a refund. Please for the love of god DO NOT Buy anything from this scam website!
