Leider missbrauchen einige betrügerische Websites unser echtes Trustpilot-Bewertungsbanner, um ihren eigenen Webseiten mehr Glaubwürdigkeit zu verleihen. Obwohl die angezeigten Bewertungen tatsächlich von unseren Kunden stammen, haben diese Websites keinerlei Verbindung zu Lifting365. Sie missbrauchen unseren guten Ruf ohne unser Wissen oder unsere Zustimmung, um Besucher in die Irre zu führen.

Sobald wir erfahren, dass unsere Trustpilot-Bewertungen oder unser Banner auf einer solchen Website missbräuchlich verwendet werden, melden wir dies umgehend an Trustpilot, damit der Fall untersucht und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergriffen werden können.

Unfortunately, some fraudulent websites misuse our genuine Trustpilot review banner to make their own websites appear credible. While the reviews displayed are genuine reviews from our customers, these websites have absolutely no connection with Lifting365 and are using our reputation without our knowledge or permission to mislead unsuspecting visitors.

As soon as we become aware of a website misusing our Trustpilot profile, we report it immediately to Trustpilot so that they can investigate and take the appropriate action.

If anyone ever comes across a website displaying our Trustpilot reviews or banner in this way, we would be very grateful if you could let us know. The sooner we are made aware of it, the sooner we can report it to Trustpilot for investigation, helping to prevent others from being misled by these fraudulent websites.

The course content is designed to cover the key areas participants need to understand, including legal requirements, what to check before use, safe procedures during operation, and the steps to follow after use. Each module also includes multiple-choice questions to help reinforce the learning before progressing through the course.

We have delivered thousands of courses to individuals and organisations, and this is the first time we have received feedback of this nature. We genuinely value feedback like this, particularly the technical points you raised, as these are the kinds of refinements our training team can quickly incorporate into the course materials.

When improvements are made, participants can redo the course free of charge so they can benefit from the updated version.

Regarding the certification period, this reflects common industry practice for safety awareness training, particularly when it comes to Material Handling Equipment, where periodic refresher training helps ensure knowledge remains current and safe procedures continue to be followed in line with evolving standards.
