Issues with the delivery carrier
Issues with the delivery carrier. Not even attempting to deliver, incorrectly coding the package, forcing me to go to the warehouse to pick it up. The worst part is they generally use Canada Post - this is what is stated through the buying process - but for some odd reason, they chose to use Canpar, which is probably the least customer friendly and accessible company from a pickup points perspective.

A quality product in my experience so far.
I have been pleased with LMB products. The products are well made, and when there have been problems they have been replaced promptly. They are pricey but when you consider the price per part, the guides they produce, and the support they provide, well worth the money I would say!

Disappointed kid
My son got a gift card here and it was very hard to find any products under $100 that he could afford and that he had the Lego sets for already.
Once we found one it was hard to figure out all the “extras” needed to purchase with the basic kit to actually be able to use it. Cost of very basic kits is very expensive for what you get, and lights are cheaper to find on other sites.

Great Product, Use Caution With Build Instructions
Working on #10294 Titanic. The product is amazing, really does fit seamlessly into the build and really enhances the set. Be very cautious with the build instructions, however. For example, in this set, Part 1 steps 22, 397, and 409 do not accurately show how to place the porthole lights. Trying to recreate the instructions as displayed results in 4 broken lights for me. It wasn't until I got to the next section of the build, Part 2 step 11, that I saw how it's actually supposed to be installed. Thankfully, customer support was prompt and helpful, replacing the 4 lights quickly and free of charge. It also helps to follow along in the LEGO build instructions, since there are several errors in the build instructions supplied by Light My Bricks (not lighting placement/allowance related) that are minor, but easily recognized once you reference the official build instructions. Even with the minor issues, and thanks to the help from customer support for the not so minor issues, I heartily recommend Light My Bricks to bring your build to the next level.
