Light Renewables Opiniones

Excellent service, communication, and valueOutstanding experience from start to finish. The team at Light Renewable showed absolute professionalism at every stage. What stood out most was their responsiveness—they were always there whenever I needed them or had a question. On top of that, their pricing is highly competitive and the quality of the finished job is exceptional. Their efficiency and value truly have no match. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Lightrenewables came highly recommended. Very thorough survey resulted in great design and excellent price with local installers much more expensive for less panels. Our design included 15 all black Eurener 515w panels with Tesla Powerwall 3 & gateway. System was fitted 26/8/26 by Cameron, Michael, Ashton and Josh (I think that’s correct names) with Darryl who worked non stop. The team did an amazing job, everything including all cables so neat and tidy. Had an issue with a faulty Powerwall but this was replaced at the earliest opportunity and our system is now up and running perfectly.

What a great company. Very competitive on price. No pressure from the sales team. Great communication. On the day of installation the guys that came to fit the system were absolutely fantastic. Polite, funny, tidy, respectful and knowledgeable of the system. I would highly recommend.

Good communication, good price, and a quality installation. Some problems when it came to installation day...some unforseeable....others should have been very apparent before it got to that stage. However everyone makes mistakes on the odd occasion and I judge a company on how they put things right.... they went above and beyond to rectify any issues showing they are a genuine company who care a great deal about whether their customers are happy and satisfied and on that basis I would happily recommend them to my friends and family

Had the renewables team in today to complete an 18 Panel solar install combined with a Tesla Powerwall 3.

From initial contact we were highly impressed with both the initial system design and quick response to any initial enquiries.
We had an onsite inspection which confirmed both the accuracy of the system design and also took detailed notes of the site ready for a proposed installation date. After this survey, we had a recommended adjustment to the design which allowed for a larger solar array and also made clear a plan for the solar layout.

Installation was completed today (28/08) and we were well informed of teams arrival and the plan throughout the duration of the installation. Ashton and Will were exceptional with the roof install, explaining the process and making sure we were informed of installation decision as they went along. When they finished, they left the site tidy and completed a phone call confirmation with office to confirm we were happy with everything.
The electrical installation was completed by Michael and Cameron is of an exceptional standard, with cables ran straight and secured adequately. They left everything tidy and explained everything including settings within the Tesla app.
Overall I would highly recommend the Light Renewables team for anyone looking at a solar system installation. Price was competitive, with top quality components used and installers who actually seemed to care about the end product, even with a fair drive from their homes on a rainy Friday. Customer service from start to finish has been great to, with a real human level of care throughout.

Very professional & always available to solve any problems.
I would and have recommended to my friends who have also purchased from them.
We have all had a good experience.!

You only know how good a company is when something beyond their control goes wrong and they IMMEDIATELY do everything possible to resolve it and LIGHT RENEWABLES did this .!
10/10 I would DEFINITELY Recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with Light Renewables from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, professional and genuinely took the time to explain the different options without any pressure. The installation was completed to a very high standard, on time, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and the system has been performing exactly as promised. It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers on its commitments. I would highly recommend Light Renewables to anyone considering solar and battery storage. Thank you to the whole team for an excellent job!

Very satisfied with the whole process. Darryl and Chloe were very helpful. Including installation team was very friendly and they described everything about the solar panels. Very competitive in the market. Thank you

The team at Light Renewables were brilliant. The communication was quick and to the point. They talked through my questions and queries. They took into account the visual aspect of the panels and the battery storage and made everything look just right.
Thank you.

I first spoke to Mike from Light Renewables via a Facebook group which focuses on helping people with solar/ battery question. Mike was fantastic, he helped explain different options and provided a desk based quote and summary. Mike was brilliant, he was never pushy and never pushed a hard sell. I was really pleased with what was being offered and for the price. Light Renewables were able to offer more panels and a larger battery for less than some of the larger companies.
Once the survey was completed there was a few small hiccups but these were sorted quickly. The install ended up being done over two days rather then one but no major issues. Workmanship, cabling was all top notch, very neat and tidy. The team worked really hard to get stuff done.

Overall I'm very pleased, the one thing I would say is at times the office can be a bit slow to get back to you. I was directed to a technical WhatsApp group that is monitored by an AI bot, it doesn't really work for anything technical. If it was for Mike chasing the team for me a good experiences could very quickly have become negative.
My one concern is long term support, we'll see how that goes but fir now I can't fault them or the service provided ao far.

Very good service and installation

Good price. Good communications throughout and excellent workmanship for installation.

Really happy with the installation team. Solar panel installers were very professional also Tesla battery and back up installers were very good. I would recommend to anyone

Great to work with, all aspects were communicated well and easy steps to follow. Install team did a great job and it was all installed and working in a day.

Had my solar and battery installed by Michael and Cameron, they work very well together and a 5 star install, from the site visit to finish, the company were 100%, I will be recommending them to people

Ive had my pv panels, inverter and battery for nearly 5 years. I've only had one problem problem before today, which Light renewables also sorted quickly.
Today Brett arrived bang on time, he was super polite, listened to me and clearly knew what he was doing because he sorted my two issues out pretty quickly! I hope I have no further issues, but if I do, I'd be happy for Brett to attend again.

The installation was excellent and the Tesla product appears to be good in these early days. However, i feel that once fitted and paid the user is left to sort out the arrangements for export which is complicated when you are being asked questions about things you have never done before. To be honest it was disappointing and stressful.

From start to finish , very easy to deal with. Very reliable and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone looking for solar

Great work and reliable installation of both electrical/solar panel installation.

Thank you to Michael, Jack and Josh for the great solar panel installation today. The solar panels looks amazing and the bird netting protection around tge solar panels looks amazing also, well done guys.
