Competitively priced, well packaged, my nly minor gripe they were a little slow to dispatch, but who knows perhaps tey were very busy.

Bought 2 lamps
Bought 2 lamps - on the same day they were delivered left a voicemail and sent an email to say I would like to return them. After several more attempts at getting a response was finally told to return them to their supplier elstead - which I did at a cost to me of £12 chased again and again and again no response so had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back
Keeping customers is obviously not a priority -huge waste of my time but thankfully got my refund from PayPal so £12 out of pocket instead of £160

Not happy with an Elstead product…
Not happy with an Elstead product purchased through Lights2u. Elstead were useless and not interested so needed to contact the retailer, Lights2u. Always very polite but very difficult to get through or really get anywhere with the complaint. Lights eventually returned but whole process took almost a month bearing in mind we called regarding the issue the day after the delivery! Think the chap at Lights2u could do with a helping hand!!
