Always suspicious of never heard of new online companies but reviews looked good, so decided to take a chance. And pleasantly surprised!
Bought top of the range Robert’s Internet Radio from LiGo who were offering a keener price than both John Lewis and Curry’s. Really pleased with product which arrived in 2 days.

Item was not working (for me) and the person on the phone was very patient going through the various steps trying to set it up. After trying to no avail they asked that the item be sent back and it was replaced by return. This is now working perfectly. Thank you very much.

Must admit I looked the company up as…
Must admit I looked the company up as I'd never heard of it. All customers were happy and given good reviews so I took a chance.
Glad I did my phone's came within a couple of days. Love the phones though it took ages to get them registered. My granddaughter managed to do it. I was ready to give up. But I'm not good with technical things. Thank you very happy with your service.

The additional telephone handset that I ordered arrived with a different serial number on the box than the one I ordered. The serial number on the delivery chit was correct and did not match the one on the box. The handset looked different to the picture on line. It would not pair with the base unit. I was advised to send it back and delivery was deducted from the refund. Disappointed. Delivery was swift and returns process straight forward.

After looking into this, we can confirm that the handset supplied was the correct model (TGC260 AH) and would have worked with the base unit. However, we fully acknowledge that the image shown on our website did not accurately reflect the handset you received, which understandably led to concern. We’ve now updated the product image to prevent this happening again.
Our team did speak with you by phone and offered to help set up and test the handset to avoid the need for a return, but we appreciate that this wasn’t practical as the phone was intended for your mother. We respect that decision and understand the situation.
We’re also happy to confirm that the delivery charge will be refunded, as a goodwill gesture, due to the confusion caused. While we’re pleased that delivery was swift and the returns process straightforward, we recognise that this experience fell short of expectations.
