I bought a backpack from this website and after one month I don't have neither money nor backpack.

I bought this dress off their very legitmate-looking website. I bought a dress in green. Not only did the order take over 3 weeks to get to me, but when it did I received a white dress. I went with this company because they had a reasonable return policy. Turns out it's completely false. I had to pay for shipping back to China which would have ended up costing 3x what the dress was bought at. Very disappointed!

I never write reviews, but oh my word this company is something else. First off, I never got my package. I waited three months before the tracking number showed that it had been returned to the company. The first time I emailed them to inform them of this, they never responded. The second time I emailed them I got an unintelligible response. After replying to said unintelligible response, it turns out that whoever works in customer service is INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional despite the fact that they were the ones who messed up in the first place. Can't speak for the products themselves (I somehow doubt that I'll even get them), but based on customer service alone I would not recommend ordering from them, and I personally will never order anything from them again. Waste of time and money.

My first review provided information regarding the poor quality of goods and the deceit about the business location. They claim to be in California. First response was: this is our bank account location. Second response: our manager accidentally typed in a previous living location. Yet the website address is still in California. I was promised a 50% refund due to the cost of return shipping to China. This refund has not been received. Only order from lilacoco if your expectations are extremely low.

Do Not order from this company!!! My pants came in WEEKS late, and when they finally did arrive, they looked nothing like the picture/description online they are showing.
Tried getting a hold of customer service and they are just playing games w me. Acting like they can’t spell or speak English and only giving me $9 back in stead of $25 for the POS pants that look nothing like what they are promoting!

I love how Lilacoco obviously put so much effort in making sure the customers get the right fit for the clothes they order. The size chart has been effective so far and the fit plays a huge role in making someone look good in a certain piece of clothing. The shipping is fast.

Do not buy from this company! For Christmas I ordered five pairs of police lounge pants. I ordered five only because I was not sure which would fit my 20 year old daughters. Nothing was big enough. Everything looked like they were size for children and poorly made. I paid $85 and all they are offering to give me back is a coupon for less than $20, I can shop for the same amount, or they will give me $40 back. Not sure why I have to waste $45 on product that does not fit. Or why would I want to shop on a site where the sizing is so poor. Do not waste your money on this crap company

Super fast shipping and great selection of clothes! One of my favorite places to shop online.

I ordered a leopard print jacket and paid extra for the express shipping which was $15 and I paid a total of $65 and basically just wasted my money because it is way overdue . I bought it on November 12 and it is now November 24 ! Disappointing

Every-time web from Lilacoco we are never disappointed! The clothes are great quality and they have such a range of choices. Would highly recommend to everyone who wants to get their moneys worth and not spend a fortune.

Took FOREVER to get delivered, and I paid extra for faster delivery. I ordered on April 28th and it is now May 15th and I still haven't received my order.

I have ordered a bodysuit I love it because it is trendy, perfect for this season to be cool :) It has nice fabric and it is very sexy style.

The shop offers nice clothes at attractive prices and fast delivery.

Clothes didn't cost that much for the quality being pretty nice. They have a lot of different things to offer, so everyone is definitely going to find something! Shipping took a while but it was worth the wait. I recommend to give Lilacoco a try as a great alternative to popular and well-known online shops!

I ordered something second week of February it’s now March 22 and nothing has came and they have not responded to my email I’m really disappointed.

I ordered 2 items on March 1st. It is now March 19 and I have no idea where my order is. They sent me a tracking number but there has been no updates on the shipping at all since they sent it to me. On the website the shipping methods clearly say 7 - 15 business days but once they sent the tracking number, it now states 2 - 4 WEEKS. I asked for a refund because I no longer need the items since it’s taking longer than expected and no reply

Ordered my girl a bikini, its been Over two weeks the tracking number was wrong customer service hasn’t responded and the item has still not arrived, So much for having this bikini for our vacation

Bought four dresses 2 weeks ago. Every piece surprised me! This green lapel collar shirtdress is my fav. And a 15% coupon really saved a lot. Overall this was a pleasant experience)))

I bought 'Cream White V-neck Knitted Sweater' and 'Ivory Turtleneck Midi Sweater Dress' from Lilacoco because one of my friends told me they have some pretty neat clothes. I wasn't so sure about my choice actually until I worn them on. The sweater is my favorite although they are both very suitable. The white color and the soft texture caught my heart immediately!! And it made me feel warmer than I have thought. It's totally enough to wear only a bra under the sweater. The dress is also very good however that collar might be a little bit too high for me lol. Anywhy just very very proud of my choice. Was completely worth the half-month long wait. I'm not a person with a strong fashion sense, these clothes make me feel confident. Thank you Lilacoco.
