I ordered 2 blouse on their Facebook platform over 4 weeks ago. They advertised 2 day delivery, they lied. 3 complaint letters later and still no blouses. Do not buy from LILLIAN LONDON online. I paid £62.91 for goods not received.

The blouse I ordered didn’t even match the picture on the website, it was polyester rather than the linen portrayed and took weeks to arrive. Do not buy from this company

I ordered a dress 8/2/26 for a wedding on 14/3/26, only just received it today 25/3/26, what a waste of money, wouldn’t have mattered if I had got it before the wedding, wouldn’t have worn it anyway, cheap and nasty material and very poorly made, avoid this site at all cost, wish I had read the reviews before purchasing

Avoid this company! I ordered and paid for a dress 21.2.26 and still have not received anything. I have sent 2 emails regarding this and had no response at all!

Dress never arrived
I ordered a dress for my granddaughters birthday party two and a half weeks ago. I received an email but the tracking didn’t work. So I emailed twice and no response. I have never received the dress.

Another Chinese scam
Another Chinese scam. Ordered boots. Nothing like the picture and wrong size. They won’t give me a return address offered me 20% refund and now the website is shut down. They are just pretending to be British to lull you into a sense of false security because they know we know buying from China is generally cheap fake rubbish.

Please do not buy from this company. My 'xmas jumper' arrived 3 weeks late. It was not a jumper but cheap synthetic material that it not look anything like the picture. Chinese scam. The price said £99 reduced to £38 - probably should be under £5
