Dear customer,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for the issues you've experienced with delivery times, sizing, and our customer service.

Our warehouses located in the US, EU, or Asia. The specific warehouse will depend on the availability of stock and your delivery address.

Regarding the delivery time, our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in shipping. Upon checking, the items you ordered are hot sale items, so they were slightly delayed before shipping.

We understand how important it is for our customers to receive their orders in a timely manner. We are committed to improving our stock of items and shipping services to provide faster delivery times for our customers.

Regarding the size issue, please note that we don’t have a standard size, and our size chart is accurate. “Size Guide” with detailed product measurements is included on each product page. You are recommended to check the measurements provided for each product and compare them with yours to ensure a better fit.

Regarding the returns, currently the return shipping fee of each US return parcel is 7.99$. We checked that the 7.99$ return shipping fee has been deducted from your refund of the returned items. We are sorry that this makes you down and will strive to improve the quality of our services and for better policy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your honesty about your experience and we will definitely take your comments into consideration to improve our products and service.

If you need additional assistance, please feel free to contact us by email at support@lilicloth.com. We will reply to you within 24 hours.

Best regard,
Ashley
