TERRIBLE ON DELIVERY

I ordered items for Christmas on December 1, 2023! Did NOT receive them until AFTER Christmas! What was the point? When I was notified they were going to be delayed, I asked for the order to be canceled! The response I got was “Oh sorry! They’ve already been shipped, can you please wait for them?” I was supposed to have been sent the tracking information when it shipped in the first place, not after I asked for a refund! I finally got the last item today, January 3, 2024! Either get with the program on being more efficient and accurate with shipping/tracking information or be prepared to cancel orders when they’re requested! Better yet, DO NOT BUY FROM LILLICLOTH!

We would like to apologize for the delay in the delivery of your order and any inconvenience caused. We understand how important it is to receive items on time, especially during the holiday season.

Regarding the delay in shipping, sometimes hot sale items require more time to prepare before shipment. We shipped the items separately so that you can receive them as soon as possible. However, we apologize that this did not meet your expectations.

We are sorry that you did not receive tracking information when the items were shipped initially. Please note that this should have been sent to you automatically, if you don't find it, you could try to check your spam folder.

Regarding your request for canceling the order, we did not receive any such request from you. Instead, we received a return request for six items on December 17, 2023. Unfortunately, the items had already been shipped on December 13, 2023, and we were unable to cancel them at that time.

We are glad to hear that you have received the last item. If you need to return any items, please reply to our email to obtain a return label.

We take responsibility for our mistakes and are committed to improving our shipping and tracking processes to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and with accurate information.

LOVE everything

LOVE everything, checkout little confusing with codes and stuff to see how you will pay. probably because I'm a new shopper yet. 3rd order in a month. first items fit to size, quality is good. wveryone like the products so far

They Make Things Right

I had some issues but Lilicloth worked with me to make everything right. I really appreciate how they value the customer experience and did what ever was necessary to make things right.

I don't know if it on my end or your web site but I did have trouble getting checked out. But otherwise it was a fairly easy process.
