Horrendous customer service. Made an order in March. Still waiting for items and have not been provided any tracking number. Wait days for messages to be answered and told I can get a refund but they want it back if my parcel shows up. Would avoid. Wish I listened to the rest of the reviews on this page.

Ordered more items that came well within the time frame unfortunately royal mail have lost another one that has unfortunately had to be refunded but that is not down to the company as I can clearly see the tracking. And was sorted with a replacement and kept updated every step of the way.
5* customer service and would go here before anywhere else now .

Awful customer service, they cancelled my order and I’m still fighting for my refund almost 4 months later.
They fob you off with “it’s with accounts or it will be sent today etc then just stop replying to you all together. Would never shop here again!

Did not receive order after waiting almost 6 weeks
Advised needed this for a certain date for a birthday was told would have it by then when I did not receive by this date was told would don’t refund until order that had not arrived had been returned

I ordered a football strip that my grandson had wanted and I hadn’t been able to find it until I came across lillysboutiqueclothing on Facebook. The order went fine, the price was a lot cheaper than I would have paid in a sports shop and it arrived within 2 days. The quality of the set was lovely, perfect size and felt as good has his other strips. Customer service was spot on and I have ordered again and will keep ordering the things I like. Mainly for my grand children.

Ordered through the website and via facebook direct with this company. Anything ordered has been great quality lasting well. Anytime I’ve had an issue its been sorted promptly with great customer service.

Ordered a mystery bundle! Very satisfied with this my little girl LOVED her Ariel jumper, will definitely be ordering again for summer/school things too :) thanks again x

I had Christmas pjs and they were so lush! My kids loved them! got them within 7 days! The pjs was amazing condition and really good material! X

I have received my order within the time frame which was given to me, I was informed when it was sent and was sent the tracking details, i had a smooth experience and the items are as described, quality is amazing for the price, and good communication with the seller. Will 100% be ordering again for my children. Thankyou again

TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN DONT SEND WHAT YOU ORDERED

TOOK HUGE PRE ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS PJS AND THEN CANCELLED, DIDNT REFUND ANYONE, YOU GET IGNORED AND BLOCKED

Ordered in November time for Christmas, they were supposedly posted just before Christmas with next day delivery but didn’t turn up. It’s now 30th January and I’ve had no refund (despite several promises from the company) and no parcel. Avoid like the plague they’re massive scammers!

Placed a pre order in August for November delivery. Chased up on 3rd December for them to say they had not had the delivery in. I have asked for a refund several times (today is 27th Jan!!) and now no response!!

If I could give no stars I would, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Ordered a number of things and not one has turned up nor have I received a refund. Emailed, Facebook messaged and no replies. Absolutely disgusting!!

So since the new website with no pre orders and no payment links I think its alot better and very straight forward I was notified1-3 weeks for delivery and most definitely arrived in 2 weeks I have seen some of the other reviews and all i can say is people should make there own mind up about this company and not read all the negatives ,
WILL 100% be ordering again .

Ordered multiple things and never arrived. No explanation and no refund! Unable to comment on any posts on Facebook so clearly loads of people complain!

This person is a scammer alway makimg excuses to not provide refund.
