I would rate this company less than 1 star if the option was available. The company appears to be USA based but is based in China. The item does not look anything like the item advertised on line. Cheap, nasty products with a pricey price tag. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I was disappointed (but not surprised) that stock was shipped directly from China. My charcuterie board was poorly packaged and arrived broken. however upon contacting Katrina from Lilyandeden a replacement was immediately dispatched, and arrived well packaged.

I had ordered an enchanted fairy which in the picture advertised was beautiful and quite stunning. What I received was a poorly made and cheap version, something a dollar store would sell. I emailed about a full refund and was offered a 25% refund if I wished to keep the product, or return the item (to China) at my expense, which of course would cost more than what I paid for in the first place. I wish I had checked out the reviews on this company to start with!
PLEASE be advised that Lily and Eden are scammers and NOT to be trusted!

My granddaughter’s favorite things are  cows. She has all sorts of pictures and statues in her home including cow corn holders.   when I saw the cheeseboard I was so excited because she’s going to love it. Plus my three little hear no evil see no evil and speak no evil cows. I was so disappointed when it came broken, but it is so cute. Thank you for sending another one.  I know my granddaughter’s birthday will be special when she gets her cheeseboard and three little cows. I am so excited and at 86 Years old, you have made my day.  I will be looking forward to the next item I can order from you… I will always keep my eyes open for something new

I recently received my whisker and stallion boards, and I wanted to return one to see which I preferred. However, I liked both of them when I opened them, so I'll keep them. I'm considering purchasing one for each of my brunch ladies!

It started out disappointing as goods arrived damaged but once I contacted the company the response was immediate, apologetic and totally supportive. They couldn't of been more helpful in resolving the matter promptly. Replacement goods were received in tip top condition so one very happy shopper now!!!

After receiving my broken Rustic Cow Charcuterie Board, I spoke to Katrina and advised her of the condition.

She straight away sent a new order to come to me asap. Once i received the new Rustic Cow Charcuterie Board, i saw it was delivered in way better packaging and in one piece.

This product is sold elsewhere for half the price YET I paid the extra becuse it thought it cam ei the pretty box as shown in the photos. It came in plain cardboard. NOT HAPPY! I will NOT buy from here again.

I ordered two of the Casablanca Vintage Lanterns having no idea these products come from China. I paid extra for priority shipping and even added a tip. These are for a birthday gift on 4/4. I ordered on 3/26 and only a label has been created today 3/31 despite multiple emails to support pointing out I paid for Priority shipping. The package hss not moved at all since the label was created over the weekend. My order was just under $90 with expedited shipping, that was not expedited at all. Now I have to purchase another gift. What a scam!

Trust the negative reviews... those are the real ones. You get dollar store quality for $50+. It looks like they use AI images, and you get a plastic mold of whatever it was you ordered. I ordered the crow lamp... in their picture, you can see the branches clearly not connected to the orb... in the real version, it's one solid molded piece.. The plastic orb is painted purple on the inside, poorly and not translucent. I wish trust pilot allowed pictures, because they truely show the difference. Like other's have said, "Katrina" will offer you 20% off or to ship it back to China. You can see the same item offered on Amazon, and other's pictures of what they have received. What you get from Lily & Eden is no different. **They also delete any negative review from their page.**

After the shipping company had trouble delivering my original package they promised to provide a replacement for the whole order right away despite the high cost. I received my package today. Thank you very much for your perseverance and I appreciate all that you have done.
The raven lights are exactly what I expected and a very good quality. Barring this unfortunate incident, everything turned out well and I would definitely recommend your store.

Bought an octopus-shaped charcuterie board. Quality is absolutely terrible. Thin, light with numerous defects. Strong chemical smell and does not seem food-safe at all. Website seems like AI slop. Item shipped from China, not from Wyoming as stated on the website.

I just received the highland cow charcuterie board and cannot believe what it is really like. The image on their site show 2 eggs cut in half on this tray but unless they are quail eggs you can barely get a half egg in that spot. The image is so deceptive.

You will be sorry if you order any product from Lilyandeden.co or anyone associated with this company. I ordered a lamp which turned out to be nothing like the picture and just did not work at all. Although the packaging said it was shipped from California, when I tried to return it they said I had to ship it back to China! The cost was prohibitive--more than the item was worth, so they offered 20% refund and I keep the product. It was a $75 product I could not use. Never again.

My order arrived today and I just wanted to thank you again for making tracking the parcel easy for me. Much appreciated, and my daughter-In-law will love her Highland cow board.

OMGosh! Shame on me!!! I made the horrific mistake of ordering from them prior to checking out the company and reading all of these reviews. I canceled my order within two hours of placing it and there’s no telephone number or email that you can respond to easily I ordered what is supposed to be a wedding gift and now I am horrified that it is going to look like a preschooler made it from what I’m reading. It’s gonna be almost $60 down the toilet. I am sick to my stomach.

Absolute rubbish quality! Nothing like photo!

I ordered the Selene Mermaid Lamp, and upon opening the package, I found it had been damaged during transport. The lamp was so stunning that I contacted the company immediately; they responded quickly, letting me know they would ship a replacement.
By the next day, they had already provided a tracking number for the new parcel! Thank you so very much for not only responding quickly but for taking an unhappy situation and making it absolutely wonderful. I was so upset when I first saw the damage, but I truly appreciate how you handled this. Thank you!

liliandeden is a scam. I bought a couple of coffee mugs that looked beautiful in the pictures. It took like 3 weeks for the mugs to be delivered. When I opened the packages, I was so disappointed: the mugs were a distance reflect of what they advertise. They were made of cheap plastic, the interior was made of stainless steel, and they have a terrible smell (probably the glue that they use). I tried to return the items and the link that they have in their webpage could not locate my order. Then I found an their contact email which it was answered by Katrina, which is clearly a chat bot. It asked me what was wrong with my item. At the end it offered a 20% refund... 20%! If I wanted to keep the items, or a return address for me to pay for the delivery. I took the 20% because from other's people's reviews, I knew their return address was in China and the shipping was going to be very expensive. Stay away from these people! This is clearly a scam! I usually do not write reviews but his time I felt compelled. I hope this review helps prevent other people from being scammed!

I ordered the Mermaid with Moon lamp for my little great niece for her birthday/Valentine’s Day. Living in Florida, I ordered it and had it sent her in California. Unfortunately, it arrived broken and I was so upset about. I contacted Lily and Eden and explained the situation and they said that they would replace it immediately. Unbelievably, they sent a replacement mermaid lamp to her within the week. Your company made an old aunt and her little niece very happy. She loves it and according to my nephew, she watches the lamp as she falls asleep. You have a loyal customer in me and I will be shopping with you in the future. Thank you again.
