I placed an order on Feb 12, and today is Feb 28 with no updates regarding the order status. They state in the website that delivery takes up to 1-7 business days from the shipping date not mentioning anything about the processing time. It is ridiculous that processing an order is taking more than 16 days! rather than the shipping. I contacted the customer service a week ago with no reply. I spent $103 on this rubbish website. I wonder if I will ever receive it at all. I wish I checked people's reviews before I make this purchase.

Do Not but anything from this company. It is beyond a scam. The clothing is straight to the trash and cant even be donated. Very shameful given the cost of some pieces and the shipping time. It is even horrendous by the most horrendous china quality. I will be reporting them to the FTC if my return is not handled appropriately.

The clothes took a month and a half to get here. Also, the clothes were very cheap and thin. I tried to return the items and they offered for me to pay for the expensive shipping back to China or for me to keep the items and they would refund me $9 for a $112 purchase. Do not buy from them.

Beautiful dresses advertised, but the dresses they send you are poor cheap replicas, far far away from what they advertise. Customer service is bad, they try to write nice words but truly they don't care about you. The dress I ordered for $40 is useless, and they offered $3 refound, they suggested to not return for full refund, because postage is very expensive and I have to pay for it and it can be lost and that is my responsibility. Don't waste your money on it!

Junk Chinese crap company. Send junk quality and doesn’t respond to one email after sending 5 or more. I ordered on August 14th and till this day not one response or anything.
Like other said do NOT purchase from this junk site! Don’t let the cheap prices trick you

TERRIBLE!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! 1 star because that is the lowest I could go.

I ordered from them via Instagram for a wedding I was attending in a month. 2 weeks after ordering my package had still not been dispatched so I reached out asking them to cancel my order. They ended up sending me some of the items anyways despite me saying no.

Fast forward, I return from the wedding and the items arrived over a month later. I said I wanted to return them and they kept offering me coupons off my next order in exchange for not returning them. I said no and paid £30 to send them all back and paid extra for tracking.

I track the package and it says it is delivered so I reach out to see if I can get refunded and they say that the warehouse never registerred it. I kept following up and then they just stopped replying.

This place is awful. Do not keep them in business.

Placed an order three items. Material and sewing bad. Paid $100. The site stated easy returns satisfaction guaranteed. Sent pictures as requested. Do not order from this company for the following reasons:
1- the material looks like it a 90’s curtain and is made of very cheap quality material and the measurements were off. I’m a medium size 6-8 depending and the dress was loose in the boobs and not what it looked like in the picture mainly because the quality of material is totally different.
2- you have to pay for the shipping to return to China so that’ll be at least 200, for my cost of the one dress it was $208 to ship back which I did not do of course.
3- I’ll never make this mistake again and hope this information helps people make their decision to go on shein or some other website instead because this one is scammy and you’ll be stuck with a busted outfit that doesn’t fit.
4- I bought the dress for a wedding 2 weeks in advance off of Instagram because I got the ad for it there so decided to try it because the website says shipping is about 7 days so I figured I’d get it in time. I emailed them by day 10 because still no shipping sent confirmation email so I decided to cancel since the dress obviously wouldn’t arrive for the wedding in time. They said they couldn’t refund the money even though the dress never left their warehouse by then. And that have to return the dress after receiving it and ship it back if I no longer want it. A few days later I got the shipping confirmation email (basically I got the dress a month after buying which defeated the entire purpose).
And now I’m stuck with this raggedy dress 1992 kitchen curtain looking thing they call a dress. Oh and I’m going to continue my due diligence of writing these complaints on other sites because check it out- they don’t have customer reviews on their page for a reason.

I spent about $100. My order took several weeks to arrive. All clothing was made of very cheap material. Sizing was way off. You have to request a return. The company offered me an $8.00 refund to keep the clothing. After I refused to keep their garbage, they made me pay to ship to CHINA! I've been waiting for a refund since August. Do not order from this company.
