Scam

Scam. I ordered something online from them. I received no confirmation email. And of course I never received the item either. Do not buy from them.

I think some of the negative comments…

I think some of the negative comments on here are unwarranted and harsh. I purchased some beautiful dragonfly earrings for my daughter in laws birthday which she absolutely loves. I was sent another discount code for an additional 30% off a second purchase so ordered a necklace. The discount code did not work, however eventually having contacted Ivy Rose a couple of times I was given a 30% refund on the necklace I purchased.

Don't ever order from this company…

Don't ever order from this company again - although they have now conveniently changed their name to Ivy Rose London which has similar reviews. They give no return instructions except an email, and do not respond to any form of communication. Not messenger, Insta, email..nothing. Crooks. Against distance selling laws - not sure how they can get away with it.

NOT QUALITY JEWELLERY

I made an order in August. The item - a silver bee on a neck chain was not the quality I expected having read reviews online which were glowing. I got a response from the customer service person - Julie (of Lily Rose) although my order was to a company called Ivy Rose, and I was given a return address. I posted the item on 31/8 and radio silence since. Email requests ignored. This is the second occasion I have bought through an advertisement on FB. NEVER AGAIN. I cannot recommend this company or their poor quality products. Avoid...and be cynical about the glowing reviews on their website!

Awful awful awful company

Awful awful awful company! Not only is the quality of what they’re selling poor, the customer service is slow and rude! They have no return labels and say they will reimburse postage, but they never do! It’s hard enough getting a refund on the actual product you bought! Avoid!!

Absolute crooks - avoid

Absolute crooks. The necklace I ordered came quickly but was terrible quality for the price. No way to return for free as their website promises. After much toing and froing with a lady named Julie via Facebook messenger as they do not respond any other way, I still don't have a refund for the return postage and they are now not responding to me at all. Avoid this company.

I placed an order on the ivyrose…

I placed an order on the ivyrose website I live in Ireland and their website was very clear that there would no extra cost to the EU after Brexit..I recieved notifation from an post here that I was to pay customs and vat on the item in order to get it delivered I emailed ivyrose and they said that to pay it and they would refund me I payed and emailed them the receipt as requested since then I have heard nothing and no refund..I would not recommend this company you could be landed with extra costs that they clearly state on their website would not be the case..I am out of pocket now terrible experience never again

Same as everyone else bought 300.00…

Same as everyone else bought 300.00 worth of items they never got delivered and now they are ignoring my emails such a shame as I loved the jewlerry but will never buy from them again will now make a payment refund lucky for me I bought through American Express so I am covered would be terrible if not no one can afford to lose 300.00

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order for a necklace on this website and was charged for it. At the end of the transaction, I clicked a button that I thought was to confirm the purchase, and I was then charged for another item that I didn't want. In one click! No confirmation or going through the payment process again which I believe to be illegal. I emailed them straight away to cancel this and get my money back but they told me it has been dispatched and that I had to return it - no apology was given. I am now trying to return the item and have emailed THREE times to see how I do this free of charge, but the company is ignoring me. Honestly some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced and still no communication back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Avoid

More than 2 weeks on from proving delivery to them of items costing close to £500, they have not refunded me and are ignoring all my emails.
With no other way to contact them I have now had to raise a payment dispute with my bank. I can think of no other way to get my money back.
Avoid at all costs.

Bee fastener Bracelet

I originally ordered a Bracelet for my sister's Birthday, this unfortunately was not delivered, I received another item of my choice as a replacement. I chose the Bee fastener Bracelet. It arrived this morning and I can honestly say that it's a beautiful item!!! Very well made with exquisite details, I am now a very happy customer and I would like to thank everyone at Lily Rose London for all the help that they gave me and also for my beautiful replacement Bracelet.

Extremely bad

Extremely bad! I have ordered on the 28th of February and it is now the 23rd of march and have still not received my order, I also haven’t received a update on my tracking number. I tried emailing them on the website but have not received a reply, Im very disappointed!

Terrible.

I have been waiting for my order since the 26th of Feb and it is now the 14th of March.
I have used the email address provided to which the email bounced back as it does not exist.

No refund received.

No refund received.
My husband got me a necklace and bracelet for my birthday which didn't fit properly. We returned it using tracked post on 12/04. It's now 30/04 and we still haven't received a refund. We have emailed the customer service team 3 times and haven't received a reply. Don't use this store, it's not reliable.
