I cannot speak highly enough when it comes to Lime Solicitors. I experienced a horrific birth trauma resulting in injuries to both my baby and I. Due to the extent of the injuries and negligence experienced, I contacted Lime Solicitors for advice and guidance. From the first interaction, I felt believed, heard, supported and validated. Each person who has subsequently been involved in our case, have been professional and trauma informed.

It is especially important to mention how incredible our dedicated solicitor, Wioleta Dworak, has been. My son's claim was straight forward, where Wioleta was able to achieve admission of full liability from the hospital in question, which has been settled out of court. This will ensure my son has validation and compensation for the trauma he suffered. Wioleta has also supported/ continues to support my own legal claim for chronic pain and psychological injuries. This has been more complex, involving multiples expert witnesses and investigations. Wioleta is compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and unbelievably patient. We are almost 3 years into this legal journey, which isn't over yet. However, whilst in the care of Wioleta, I feel safe and know I will continue to be looked after.

I cannot thank Lime Solicitors/ Wioleta enough. I wish I could put even more into words. This experience has been made so easy and seamless. That is all down to the team and if anyone reading this has experienced any type of negligence, I would highly recommend Lime to be your solicitors!

Don't waste your time. You will stand a better chance defending yourself than allowing these guys to defend you. Asking you as the client, of what to do. Only interested in your money. I wish I read some of the reviews before engaging.

UNBELIEVABLE. I wish I had instructed specialist solicitors from day 1. Absolutely shocking I am not prepared to go into indebth detail regarding my entire case and experience with Lime solicitors as I don't feel that would be appropriate or of any use at this point nor do I feel it would make any difference under the circumstances but hindsight is a useful thing and my only regrets is that it's dawned on me 2 yrs to late! I would strongly advise ANYBODY who is seeking legal advice/ assistance regarding a complex medical claim to do your research thoroughly before instructing a law firm and ensure you read reviews, get good honest reliable recommendations and double check that the firm your interested in approaching actually specializes in the medical issue your approaching them about .Medical negligence claims come in many different forms and you need to feel 100% confident the solicitor you instruct knows their stuff and will explore EVERY avenue to fight & win your claim for you irrespective of the hard work involved. And will keep you fully updated on every detail of your claims progress.Chose a firm that you have complete faith in and one which has faith in your claim and you can't go far wrong. Sadly I wish someone had offered me the same advice I'm now offering you in my review. I'm saddened to have had to write such a negative review but I felt compelled to based on my personal experience. Which is precisely what this platform is for. I have no interest in any generic or edited response from Lime solicitors as it would reek of insincerity, lack empathy and would not in anyway alter my opinion or thoughts regarding their services . Noting some of the negative reviews on here, I think mine has been ALOT kinder in comparison! But I am not one to rant & rave it's not in my nature but would I recommend this firm? Not to anyone who has a medical negligence issue but maybe for an issue less challenging Perhaps.

Took all details with a promise to email/phone back! Obviously nothing in it for them so don't even respond. Do not recommend, a complete waste of your time and energy!

Unprofessional misleading waste time, made me wait for over a years not given any legal advice till I missed my claim from 17/06/22

I am extremely disappointed that this solicitors said one thing and then did the opposite and upset my friend a great deal and did not after phoning them have the decency to phone me back . I hope people read this and realise that when you are in need of help DO NOT Contact them because they honestly do not care .

I know they are a couple of one star reviews here but I can only speak of my experience dealing with lime solicitors, they kept me informed throughout my claim were
Always realistic about the possible out comes of my case and fought for the maximum damages all in all
a very courteous and professional
company if I was ever to have an accident at work again"And I hope I dont" I would use these guys again.

Contacted lime in order to deal with a specific issue at work.
The person on the end of the phone was courteous and professional in noting everything down,checking availability for further contact etc.
waited a few days and then received an email from their litigation legal assistant which actually surprised me, in what they reiterated to me was different to what I had stated. So I replied and clarified the issue once again.

The response I got from this was a request whether I wanted to proceed on the basis they had offered.
My response was to point out that their basis was inappropriate to the situation and was likely to make it worse.
I have politely declined.

..However I will be never be engaging lime solicitors because
1. very poor understanding of the situation and poor response to my own response despite added clarification.
2. their basis involved sending an email requiring two hours work at the top rate( eg their head of dept).

My former wife is a lawyer albeit quite skilled having been former magic circle, and among the many things I learnt from her was some not so dubious practices that some firms engage in.
a) you have stock templates for the vast majority of situations, so it doesn't take 2 hours to write a stock email and check it.
b) that if they need to charge at the top rate( eg the head) for a simple job then it means that they most likely will use a trainee solicitor or legal assistant at a much lower rate to do the work only for it to be glanced over by the head and then signed off.

as for anyone looking to engage solicitors, i would advise you to shop around and get different opinions unless your solicitors are recommended by someone who can vouch for them. Rely on your gut instinct that tells you that something is not right. Don't be fooled by any idea that you are not legally trained yourself and therefore someone always knows better

I enquired about a medical negligence case on behalf of my mother and after giving the advisor the details by phone I received an email stating they were not prepared to take the case on without a reason why.
Then when I replied to get the reason I never received a response.

Lime Solicitors completely failed to bring me justice even though they have overwhelming evidence from me. It was my belief, and then I was informed by one of their solicitors that they cherry pick jobs. Mine has been supposedly dropped because of other more lucrative prospects. This is after around three years of wasting my time and causing me an extremely high amount of stress. If you are reading this before using them then it is your good luck.
