By far one of THE worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!!

I was looking to buy a Memo Van Swing. Most places advised me there was a 6-week wait, but these guys had one on their website, so I bought it on 4 August.

I had tried to call prior to ordering, but no one ever answers the phone and then it cuts to an American answerphone, which was really strange. I called several times but nothing, so decided to email them asking for confirmation of delivery. The response I received said "it'll be with you by the end of the week".

A couple of weeks went by and I received nothing. Again I tried to call. Nothing.

In the end I sent an email to exercise my legal right to cancel and claim a refund. The response I got said the reason they hadn't replied to me was because "I was waiting for the tracking information...... I have ordered this in from memo, its currently on its way to us fro NL. It should be with you by the end of the week".

I queried this, as the first reply I got said it would be with me that week, so whoever emailed me was lying because it wasn't even in the country!!!

I asked to cancel and they said they would refund me that day on stripe. I never received a refund, so I actioned a Section 75 through my credit card company for the £711.90.

Just when I thought it was over - they have now disputed my refund!!!! I've emailed them to ask why, seeing as they never refunded me, but no reply. Not like I expected one from these cowboys!!!!

Appalling customer service and a very unethical way of doing business. I would strongly advise you avoid these cowboys!!!

Sadly very poor Quality and after service and quality of work. We had a tow bar and bike rack fitted to our motorhome. We drove from Portsmouth to Lincoln to have it fitted 337miles both ways. Initially great service. However a year later, we had issues with the left hand indicators not working. We took the vehicle to a well known Fiat garage to fault find. They identified a fault in the tow bar system. As it was not fiat they couldn’t help. We contacted Lincoln tow bars for help, but after many messages and voice mails no reply. As we couldn’t use the motorhome we found a brilliant company in Waterlooville willing to solve the problem. Initially thinking it was the control box. It was booked in and on inspection it was found that the cotton taped loom was badly installed and had been warn away causing a short. Then tensile bolts holding the racking varied on each side of the tow bar which we do not know if the lower rating ones are fit for purpose and a supporting bolt was not found to be tight with the washers freely rotating. We contacted Lincoln for advice. Initially they apologised and offered a refund and then have gone radio silent. On contacting yet again and leaving messages before writing this, we have heard nothing. I am writing this to ensure other potential purchasers make sure that any installation is fully warranted and guaranteed as the appalling workmanship has been very costly and inconvenient on the weeks and weeks we couldn’t use our motorhome. So be very aware of buying from them.

I had an expensive removal tow bar fitted on my new campervan in March 2026, upon completion and demo it was noticed that the dust cover that fits into the bar aperture was broken. I was advised that they would simply order a new one and send it to my address. I have made monthly calls and emails but to no avail. I feel like I have been ignored. So disappointed, as a returning customer I did expect better customer service, especially as the part is relatively inexpensive but vital for keeping the Towbar functional. Suffice to say, I would not recommend this company.

They also went above and beyond to fix an unrelated issue we had with the car charging electrics on our motorhome and we truly can’t thank them enough.

If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and highly skilled tow bar specialist, we would recommend Lincoln Tow Bars without hesitation. Absolutely first-class service from start to finish!

Despite two emails, three phone calls and two assurances that someone would ring me back, no one could be bothered to return my calls or emails. Astonishing.

These guys went well out of there way to accommodate us with the fitting of the self levelling rams. Obviously they have a great knowledge of their products. We will be back in May for new air con and awning.

Thoroughly recommend these guys, nothing is to much trouble, had a problem with my caravan lights not working correctly, they diagnosed the problem and sorted it quickly.

I can't speak highly enough of the after sales support I have had from the team at Lincoln. Amy was no fuss problem solving and as always courteous and professional.
A hard working ethic leads me to thoroughly recommend them to all!!

We can highly recommend Lincoln Towbar & Mobility Centre. We’ve used this company twice for Air Suspension fitting and to have a swing out towbar fitted. On both occasions we’ve received excellent customer service from quotation through to fitting. And of course we’re very pleased with both products too.

Excellent service Very professional explained everything to me And answered all my questions, fitted my tow bar at Very short notice would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Had a Amplo levelling system fitted to the motorhome.Very pleased with the installation and the customer service received.My wife and myself were also picked up and booked overnight in a hotel in the centre of Lincoln by LT &MC and picked up next morning.

Professional fitting of a tow bar to my motorhome, very knowledgeable and friendly service, highly recommended worth the long trip from Cheshire and had a nice afternoon in Lincoln cathedral whilst it was being done.
