Review:

I am writing this review to strongly warn potential buyers about my experience with this seller.

I ordered the White Dove V3, expecting a decent instrument as advertised. Instead, what arrived was essentially a cheap piece of plywood. The seller explicitly assured that the machine heads and pegs were made of chromed metal, but in reality, they turned out to be cheap plastic! On top of that, they love to hype up the "free accessories" they throw in, acting like they are doing you a massive favor. In reality, these are the cheapest, bottom-of-the-barrel extras imaginable. To make matters worse, because the seller shipped from the UK to Poland, I was hit with heavy customs duties and import taxes upon arrival.
The craftsmanship and quality control were completely non-existent:

Plywood Body & Awful Glueing: The body feels like low-grade plywood with terrible, visible glue joints.

Paint Job & Staples: The finish was uneven with unpainted spots and sloppy patches.

Rough Neck & Bad Frets: Frets were sharp, uneven, and buzz terribly—making it virtually unplayable out of the box.

Poor Hardware & Cutouts: The bridge cutout was poorly routed with rough, unfinished edges, looking as if it was carved out in a hurry without any precision.

When I realized the appalling quality and defects of the instrument and decided to return it, the real headache began. I had to send everything back to the UK and deal with an agonizing process. Dealing with courier mess-ups, and send physical petitions to the Polish Customs Office just to claim back the taxes paid on a cheap plywood guitar I don't even own anymore!

I do want to clarify that the customer support team was actually very polite, responsive, and did their best to help within their capabilities—they are not to blame for this situation. However, the terrible product quality, misleading specs, hype around cheap extras, and the cross-border shipping nightmare made this transaction a massive waste of time, money, and stress.

DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS SELLER.

UPDATE: I am updating my rating to 3 stars specifically for the customer support. While the initial product had severe quality issues, Flynn from support was exceptional—he handled the return, addressed all my concerns, and provided a £20 goodwill refund for the hassle. Support gets 5 stars.

I recently received a guitar as a prize and have been thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I won the instrument to any inquiries I’ve had along the way, the process has been exceptionally smooth and positive. Additionally, the quality of the guitar is outstanding.

Great communication, and a fair price!

I needed a specific, replacement battery and XLR/jack pod for my 1st generation Lindo Neptune guitar, that I bought from the company via eBay back in 2014.
I sent an email over the weekend, and on the Monday, I received a reply from Simon, who was most friendly and helpful.
In no time, he had sorted out a payment link for the correct part I required, which was very reasonably priced, at only £18, including postage.

Once I had paid, he contacted me again to let me know that it had been dispatched. The part was with me in no time at all.

Over all, the service I received, was fast, efficient, very friendly, and second to none. I would have absolutely no hesitation, in buying from Lindo again.

I have just taken delivery of my 4th Lindo guitar and I am so pleased and impressed by the build, design and playability. Real value for money and such unique designs. You should have at least one Lindo guitar in your collection. The slim body Electro Acoustic models are my absolute favourite. I also have to mention that as a company they are such a pleasure to do business with. They get 5 stars from me all the way.

I have a lefthanded Lindo org slim. Which is a beautiful looking guitar it’s so easy to play it just seems to be my go to guitar and it has been for a while. Plus the guys in the shop are super friendly and helpful.nothing seems to much trouble. Would 100% recommend

Brilliant, Flynn has directly helped to resolve an issues very quickly. The incorrect bass strings were sent to me and he arranged for a new set to be posted out. Absolutely smoothly - fast and fantastic customer service. Happy to be with Lindo!

When I ordered my Earth model, I asked if I could choose the grain pattern. They sent me a couple of photos and I was able to pick the one I liked. The guitar arrived quickly and was absolutely beautiful! The sound was even better than I had hoped for. Huge sound from a smaller body guitar with perfect rich tone.
Great company. The communication was very helpful and made the purchase fun. Having the luthier that built your guitar walk you through the process made it special. I expect I will be ordering another from them soon. Highly recommended!

Ordered Sunday delivered Tuesday, I ordered b stock, but to be honest I couldn't find any faults it is perfect, the action is perfect, I would definitely recommend any one to use this company

I recently had an issue with my guitar tuner stopping working during a gig, but the pre-amp and guitar still worked, thankfully.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. The team were incredibly quick to respond, helpful from the very first message, and offered several different options to get the problem sorted as quickly as possible.

What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about making things right and getting me back up and running. Customer service like that makes a huge difference, especially when you rely on your gear professionally.

Despite the issue, I’m still so happy I chose this guitar company. The quality of the instrument and the level of support they’ve provided have completely reinforced that decision. I’ll definitely be working with them again in the future and would happily recommend them to other musicians.

Bought the ORG-SL as I wanted something close to a Fender El Rio. This guitar is awesome, as is Lindo's customer support. I asked if they had any B-Stock of this guitar as money was tight at the moment, they took the time to check their floor and stock to see if they did. I bought one a month later with "minor cosmetic defects", took me a while to find the tiny crack in the finish by the nut but it is only cosmetic and you'd never notice if you didn't look for it.

Good guitar, I'm so happy with it. My full size fender acoustic was just far too big to be comfortable to play. On a plus note it also sounds amazing plugged into my orange crush 20 on the clean channel. Don't even need to buy a separate acoustic amp. Though I think I'll be playing mostly unplugged, it is loud enough just not as "big" sounding, obviously.

I ordered an acoustic guitar from Lindo guitars and the order was processed immediately and I had my guitar within 48 hrs.
The guitar was perfect and came with many extras that really pleased me including a capo, spare strings, picks, a gig bag and a cable for electro-accoustic playing. Thank you so much !!

Fast shipping from UK. Arrived in a week. Lindo swapped out the case for me as I didn't like the brown, I chose black. They also added in some goodies to make up for the price difference on the case. They didn't have to do this, so thank you Lindo! I hope in the future they decide to make a Neptune v3 lefty guitar to match my bass. I swear these things have appeal. Be aware that there's import fees as well. Also, UPS sucks! If it wasn't for the case it was sent in, my bass would be destroyed. Shame on UPS! Besides that, My many thanks to Lindo for quality!
