Lovely table, poor delivery service.

The table I ordered is perfect and exactly as pictured. Very happy with purchase and price. My only issue was the delivery, tracking info is very basic and completely in accurate. I recieved an email with a delivery date 4/9/26 as you cannot choose when placing the order. I had to take a day off work, tracking showed scanned / on vehicle waited all day and nothing was delivered. As it was a Friday and no weekend deliveries it rolled over to Monday 7/9/26 yet another day off work . Again waited all day for it to arrive at 17.45 . On vehicle / out for delivery was no help at all. Even an A.M / P.M would be helpful. The table was well priced but taking into account the lost wages it wasnt. I would not order again because of this cost and issue.

Product is well made but delivery &…

Product is well made but delivery & packaging was awful. How we received the item not damaged is beyond me. It came a day later than advised. Then it was left in the alley way all day in. The box was in bits and parts falling out. Wouldn’t order again.

Ordered an item of furniture but…

Ordered an item of furniture but according to the couriers tracking system it never was dispatched to me. Took the matter up with the retailer but didn’t get an update after the original referral to them. Now involving the credit card company.

Thank you for your feedback, Frank. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused when your original order was lost in transit.
We contacted the courier to investigate and, once they confirmed on 1 June that the parcel had been lost, we updated you the same day and offered either an immediate replacement or a full refund. You chose a replacement, which was arranged and dispatched the following day, 2 June, with new tracking details provided.
We appreciate that the courier investigation took longer than either of us would have liked, and we apologise for the frustration this caused.

Should clearly say it is flatpack furniture

I recently ordered the Oslo Shoe Cabinet from LineaModern. The cost was £299. I am happy with it and it is very stylish - but I am disappointed that it came in flatpack form. Nowhere in the advert did it say this (I've double-checked since delivery). Indeed, I was led to believe that this was a 'superior' product and would be delivered ready assembled as it was "Signature design by Lasse Cha Pedersen". However, it took me over an hour to put it all together, with various screwdrivers and allen keys, making me feel that I'd just bought a slightly superior version of Ikea, rather than a piece of designer furniture.

Excellent Cabinet and the service is excellent

The service is excellent, particularly regarding delivering of your furniture.

My drinks cabinet is a dream, well worth the money. Love it.
