Overpriced, buggy game experience with an awful customer service experience too. Avoid.

Awful customer service. This company only cares about taking your money and not your experience and replies from them were rude.

My 3 year old granddaughter loves Lingokids! She will come running to her tablet whenever I open the app and it announces we are about to enter the wonderful learning world of Lingokids. She smiles and leans in closely to watch favorite characters teach her about the alphabet and counting, veggies and fruits, weather, friends and the world around us. Lingokids makes learning fun with great results! I am a huge fan.

My 2.5 year old loves Lingokids! She’s been playing games on the app since she was 2 and every time she plays she gets more and more engaged and discovers new games. I love how many activities there are and that there are games for such a wide array of interests, and educational levels. I know she’ll be using the app for years to come!

We've been using Lingokids for more than 2 years now and I couldn't be happier! My 4-year old kid loves all the games and he's learning many things with them!

You can cancel but they dont prorate the money. You get none of your 80 bucks back.

I had high hopes for Lingokids, but their customer service is an absolute disgrace. I sent them a detailed, polite email regarding their app’s content and how it fails to adapt for older children—something that should be basic for an educational platform. But guess what? They IGNORED me. Not for a day. Not for a week. But for nearly TWO MONTHS.

How can a company claim to care about children’s education when they can’t even be bothered to reply to a parent’s concerns? If this is how they treat paying customers, imagine how much they actually care about improving their content. Spoiler alert: they don’t.

The app itself might be decent for young kids, but if you have an older child, don’t expect anything challenging or engaging. And if you ever need help? Forget it. You’ll be talking to a brick wall.

Lingokids, you need to do better. Ignoring loyal customers is a one-way ticket to losing trust and credibility. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My kid love it! Really fun and amazing ways of learn with the family!

Lingokids cartoons are too stupid. Baby Bot is ugly and doesn't really look like anything. The voice acting is poor and you can't understand what they're saying, or what they're doing
It would be nice if they would make some effort on the animation of the cartoons, which is really too sloppy and failed.

Really annoying, no visibility, not possible to start using by kids between 5-7 years on their own. Singing is for adults too difficult, not mentioning 7 years old. Baby robot terrible, you cant understand what this is doing and films, OMG, no idea what they do. They have subtitles, but for who, if they show them for 2 seconds max. Terrible experience, kids have no idea what is to do, because the orders are difficult to understand by parents. Stay away!

It is not often you find a kids app that is both fun and highly useful. Recommend this for anyone who has a young child who wants them to learn in a safe environment. Well worth checking out.
