Lings were ace from the second I walked in. Didn’t get any look sir what the hell are you doing here like some other dealerships. Got served by Bethany Marshall and she never forced a thing. Let me make my own decisions and was just a good sales person. Had no problems with the car.

Excellent sales advice at Lowestoft
Beth at Lowestoft gave me all the information I needed to make a decision about my new car. What I really appreciated was the fact that I was not pressurised into making an immediate decision. Beth was knowledgeable and respectful.
The whole process was completed easily and efficiently. I am very pleased with my Hyundai i10.

Zero aftercare
Been a customer 9+years, last year spent £23k on a car. Light came on dash - would not book me in for weeks. Complained and got an emergency slot for diagnostics on the following Saturday. Kept the booked slot weeks ahead open - told no part in the day before
I asked to rebook and hope - told 17th Oct, just rang - weeks later again to be told not only part not in - but no appointment made. What a joke - don’t buy a car here and expect any aftercare
