Working with this marketing company was one of the worst decisions I’ve made for my business. They completely mismanaged my budget, blowing through my entire first-month allocation in just two weeks, and only on Meta ads. By the time they decided to start Google ads, my budget was already gone. Not a single sale was generated from their "efforts".

They present themselves as a top-tier agency that’s “doing so well” they barely take on new clients, but in reality, they showed no regard for the fact that I’m a small startup. Communication was poor, and I felt completely disregarded throughout the process.

If you’re a small business owner looking for marketing support, please be cautious. My budget was depleted, my trust broken and I was left with nothing to show for it.

Poor service. I had 2 calls scheduled with this company and they cancelled both calls and ignored correspondence. I would avoid this company.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Spent over 33k with these guys over a 5 month period and only achieved a ROAS of 2x which didn't even cover the costs.

Lloyd, the owner, can't answer technical questions relating to your ads and the communication is abysmal. They boast that they are on hand 24/7 but I wasn't getting replies for weeks on end and Lloyd was always out of the country and would reply early hours of the morning or late at night.

Choosing this advertising agency was one of the best decisions we made for our business. Their results-driven approach has translated into tangible success for our campaigns. We appreciate their focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Im a $150k/Month store owner and tried to scale the business to another level with this agency and the campaign they created were trash and all my campaign were performing 10 times better.

Tip:

Run your own ads or learn how to because the AI of meta has improved so much and is super easy to scale by just creating a broad advantage campaign.

Haven't worked with them so cannot comment how are they work-wise.

Saw their ad and had booked a time. They never made it to the booked call. I get an email stating that he has something else come up, and this was sent after the booked call. I understand sometimes something might come up but cannot agree with the approach taken.

He asks me to book a time available suitable to me in his calendar, and surprisingly nothing is available in the current month (July 2023) nor the entire August, and no open dates beyond this period. What was the point of asking to reschedule when you can't spare time for a lead who had a time already booked and you couldn't make it in the first place.

The conduct wasn't professional and therefore cannot pursue further.

We are a small family online business and needed a new marketing agency to help us.

We were looking for a results driven company and we thought as Linked Media were commission based let’s see if they can perform better.

Obviously as Linked Media were on board during the golden quarter, this is our busiest time of year. We did achieve great results for November, however I wouldn’t say this was all down to Linked Media as we had repeat customer orders driving this success.

We did experience a couple of issues where they would bid on out of stock products and we had no reporting from them during our 3 months with Linked Media. Reports I mean, performance, keyword searches, CTR, performance of each campaign. Things we had received from previous marketing companies. Just outlining what the company offered. We are not marketing experts and need guidance and sometimes these reports give insight and open conversations - maybe then they wouldn’t bid on unnecessary keywords. Yes there were conversations about performance and what they say they will do, however looking back, probably just salesmen talk.

We are still waiting and chasing for invoices we paid back in November & December 2022. We told them to cancel the auto subscription, they failed to do so. I would suggest if you do go with them to not subscribe to auto payments. We never received the detail on the commission charges, they just charged automatically! I say them, we only spoke to one person, so maybe this is just a one man team managing too many companies therefore didn’t perform for us.

Our performance with Linked Media, spent £18K across Google Ads and Linked Media fees to deliver £46K in sales. Unfortunately this was not cost effective for us to continue.

Absolute scam. This guy posts images on social media and Facebook of fake orders in a shopify store showing some high number “get rich quick” scheme pretty much. He was running an ad so I called him out in the comments, he deleted my comment and messaged me directly saying I’m jealous and won’t achieve anything. Funniest part of this, I’m one of the biggest e-commerce entrepreneurs in the UK. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY! HE HAS NO EXPERIENCE WITH MARKETING AND IS PAYING FOR COMMENTS, LIKES AND FOLLOWERS.

Cannot fault Lloyd and his team. Been with them just over one month to take over my medium successful e-commerce companies marketing and help scale whilst getting the costs down per purchase. In this one month alone Lloyd has already go to the lowest cost per purchase I've ever seen and we have quite high value products. I'm now more excited about my brand as I can see the scalability and especially with Lloyd on the team, I know the futures gonna be incredible. Thanks again Lloyd, so happy.
