Im pleased with my service because it was face to face and no hard sale and everything was explained and easy to understand so we weren't pushed or persuaded it was our choice so I'd happily recommend linked up legal to anyone wanting a last will and testament and power of attorney 👍

I have been meaning to seek legal advice about wills, power of attorney etc, but as usual it was put on the back burner. After a call from Linked up legal we finally have it all sorted without any hassle. Made a home appointment and after a short discussion they have done all the work and we would recommend them to anyone. No hard sell, and having dealt with a different legal firm with the passing of my father, ( power of attorney) for mum months before this, I know they're cheaper as well.

Finally decided to update our wills and used Linked up Legal to get advise and set up a new will all went well

I bought smoke alarms and received a marketing call regarding wills and power of attorney. My will has needed updating for sometime so the phone call helped me get my act together. Mark and Gemma were very helpful especially with my questions about POA .
I was able to carry out the whole process by email and phone which suited me but I was offered a face to face meeting if I had required it.

We had been talking about sorting out our Will so decided to try Linked Up Legal when they contacted us. We were very pleased with the service and found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and competitively priced. A home visit sorted out all the requirements and from there the office staff were always helpful and we were kept up to date with progress. Been looking to get a will written up for sometime. Linked up Legal were doing a marketing campaign and thought I'd explore the possibility.
Their approach was professional while engaging, and following a Zoom meeting with the solicitor I was happy to progress and there on the process was straightforward and satisfactory for our needs.

Everything was explained to me clearly and all my questions answered. The whole process completing forms etc was made straightforward and stress free and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had been thinking of doing a new will for some time but never got around to it. So I was quite glad to hear from linked up legal. I arranged a home visit and made my new will plus power of attorney. The staff were excellent and kept in touch throughout. I received my copy of the will very quickly (I also asked for them to store the original copy). So overall I am very happy with the service I received.

Have just been cold called by this company.
Whilst I have no reason to believe they don't offer a professional service, I was surprised to be contacted because previously I had bought a fire detector system from a sister company.

The gentleman was polite throughout the call, albeit persistent, when I tried to say several times that I wouldn't answer questions over the phone and would not consider engaging with a company contacted by an anonymous call.

Their website states "Linked Up Legal's senior management team have over 50 years combined experience in legal and financial services backgrounds" yet they have to choose to seek business in this way.

Good communication on my dealing with this company, prompt on replies while putting POA and Will in place keep up the good work

Had great service from start to finish from Linked up Legal when purchasing our wills recently. Everything was explained clearly and made simple for us. Great communication throughout from the staff who were excellent. Would highly recommend.

Recently I have used Linked up Legal in dealing with my Will . With initial contact, the person ( a boy did tell me his name ,) was exceptionally pleasant , very kind directed and made appointment for me , he followed this up with an email . I opted for a home visit , Mark arrived on the date , the time as arranged , he took me through all the legalities and gave options , I never felt under pressure at any point to sign or to take the Will from Linked up legal . I took my time in deciding … when I phoned to go ahead I was treated with respect and consideration. Gemma kept me up to date on a regular basis as to the progress of the goods . Had been thinking about having a will and poa done but wasn’t sure how to go about it , linked up phoned as I had previously purchased smoke alarms from them and said they were offering this service so I booked an appointment. A lovely gentleman called Iain Davidson came out and explained everything in a language that I understood, it was easy and uncomplicated from start to finish and everything is now in place .
