Recruiting the right staff is paramount to any successful business. It is no secret that there are literally hundreds of recruitment agencies promising you the right staff at very competitive rates and leading you to believe that they can address any recruitment issues that you may have. Sadly, this is not the case, and I am very cautious with any new recruitment agencies who try to put a foot in the door.
Recently I was approached by an agency (Links recruitment) that we have never used before and the only reason I took the call was due to the fact that I had previously worked with Keara Raybould in the past. Keara always takes pride in understanding our requirements and thrives on getting the best for organization. Keara came on site to discuss our requirements and also get a feel of what type of resource we require which is then followed by a strict vetting process that ensures whoever is sent to our premises is a good fit, hence I have would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Often you will hear the phrase banded around about “going the extra mile”, well in Keara’s case that is so true. In a nutshell, if you want a recruitment agency that is passionate about satisfying your recruitment needs then I suggest you give Keara a call , trust me you will not be disappointed.

Process was good from the start. Responsive and supportive

Been having agency staff from the Birmingham branch for a few months now. Keara, Aid & Josie are a super team, always willing to go the extra mile to help and never fail to get the right candidates. They are especially good at selecting staff that are almost tailor made for the roles we have (and they are specialist roles), so huge thanks for that support.

Very disappointed with this agency, don't react well when someone has suffered with mental health, tryed to rebuild they life and hold it against you.i had nervous breakdown between 2022-2023.3 years later and people don't deserve a fresh start apparently

Links as a company is awesome! But honestly one person has made the whole experience an absolute walk in the park and thats James….since starting with links I’ve had abit of a difficult few months being a first time dad and dealing with my boy getting Ill and having to go to hospital frequently and then also my mental health hitting a all time low and being diagnosed with depression and bipolar.

James took it upon himself to sympathise with me and also would send me things that have helped him through his tough times! So not only did he help he made me feel like it’s not just me that struggles.

Hes honestly made me a better father just by how much he wanted to help! Im forever greatful for links but mostly for James, absolute asset to the team and an amazing man/father all in one! Thanks guys and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

Just got cold called by this company. A person called Chloe Parker. They hung up and then started messaging. I asked where they got my number from and they just said their database. So I asked how did it get on their database. Refused to answer and deleted all of their messages! So clearly buy peoples details.

They were quick to reply and get in contact with me about the job I applied for
