Beware!
The wig I received looks absolutely nothing like the one I thought I was ordering. It's clearly brown as opposed to the beautiful silvery/salt & pepper wig on the model. The 20" length is actually 16". The curls feel nice and soft, but I could've gotten soft, nice curls in brown for less than $100. I paid well over $200 mainly for the beautiful color. Upon opening the package after delivery, I immediately sent a message with a photo of the wig, unopened, still in the plastic to customer service letting them know the item received is not what I ordered, they responded the next day stating it's 60%white 40%black and I can dye and perm it if I want more gray. First of all, I'm not blind, there is NO gray and if I was a hairdresser and wanted to dye and perm hair myself, why would I need to spend and send $200-$300 to China for wigs? At least they actually responded this time. In advance of ordering the wig, I'd sent a few questions to inquire about it which they never bothered to respond to. I should've known then, but I went by the great reviews which are probably fake and placed the order anyway. I'm sure my review will not be posted to the site. I'm starting to believe this is the game plan of SOME of these vendors. They send crap knowing most will not bother to pay the hefty shipping costs to send it back to China and wait months for a refund while arguing back and forth through a 12 hour time difference; so they just keep the trash they're sent, deal with it and take the loss. This is so unfortunate.
