Great boxing gym with a brilliant coach Roger.

I have been a member for nearly 2 weeks and it’s been one of the best choices I have made.Coach Roger pushes you to your limits and knows how to motivate and stay dedicated to fitness ! Other members made me feel welcome and I felt comfortable .

This is great place to train. Whether you want to be fit through boxing, or want to become a boxer, Head Coach Roger will support you with skill and experience.

A place where you can grow no matter the level

Best boxing gym in Dorset, Roger Dorway is the best coach I have come across and I have trained all over the country. Lots of equipment, training programmes tailored to suit personal requirements and a very clean and tidy gym. Friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who already boxes or anyone who is wanting to get into boxing for the first time.

Roger the owner have me an intence yet informative hour of proffesional training showing me exactly what to do & motivating me when needed I really enjoyed & bennefited from my experience & now feel a part of the gym comunity there.
Roger & the gym also do a lot for the community helping kids & people to have some routine discepline & healthy excersice living in there lives

Our youngest has been asking to go boxing for ages. I had my reservations due to his age (he's only five) but my mind was put at ease. Roger shows a genuine enthusiasm which brings out the best in our son.

Classes are now the highlight of his week and, aside from what he's learning, his behaviour has noticeably improved.

This is the best gym I’ve been to with an amazing trainer roger I’ve noticed the best results in such a short space of time...I always enjoy my workouts and would strongly recommend anyone to join..

Started kids classes with my 5 yo son. Super happy little boy, having lots of different activities and exercises.

Realy good ring bags all the kit you need to train proply. Realy good coachs. Good atmosphere. And a good work ethic. Recommend to anyone. Young ur old.

Head Coach Roger is so welcoming and knowledgeable about his craft. He listens to what you want to achieve and shows real dedication in supporting your progress. All ages and abilities are welcome and you will feel massively supported.

Had a great 121 session with Roger. Really worth it he's got a great energy and really works you hard. Very encouraging and left there looking forward to going back
