Excellent initial engagement and personable customer service throughout the term of our policy. The best broker we have dealt with for the complex business policy we require. Quotes coming in much cheaper and with better terms than Gallaghers and Howden.

Lipman Commercial both professional, responsive and very efficient. When I called the office I was promised a call back within 5 minutes. Once I received that call in good time I gave all my details and what I need in terms of cover. Ricky went away and came back with 3 comprehensive quotes and breakdown's. First class service from all staff members I had dealings with over a couple of weeks to initially quote, discuss the quote which was very competitive and then go live. Kept informed all steps of the way until delivery of policy documents. Highly recommend
