Happy with the product I received
Happy with the product I received. There was a holdup with customs in the U.S. with DHL demanding I pay an additional delivery fee, however. after contacting Lipoelastic they responded promptly, paid the fee and my item was delivered on time.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Products are well described. I was not informed of a duty tax until I had paid and my item was shipped. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly, took care of the fee and released the item. These are the best compression leggings I have owned! Extremely comfortable, flattering and smoothing. The compression is great and my body feels tight (in a good way!) and supported while wearing them.

I paid 175.00 for a compression garment…
I paid 175.00 for a compression garment then was charged another $50 in duties fees to DHL in order to receive my package. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Buyers beware

Pre-procedure
I have not yet had my procedure, but was to order surgical post-op compressions. The compressions are a very well made Fabric and appear as though they will be extremely comfortable post-surgical. I am excited to have a good compression garment for optimal recovery.

My garments have not been delivered…
My garments have not been delivered yet. FedEx says the shipper did not provide the proper information to customs, so they are stuck in Tennessee. Meanwhile my surgery is tomorrow.

The customer support team is responsive and prompt. They took care of a duties and tax inquiry I had quickly and efficiently. I ordered from this company again due in large to not only the quality of the products, but the support team. Items are fantastic and delivery is fast!

The leggings go on fairly easy
The leggings go on fairly easy, as directed, and are comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, I was not able to pull them past my hips and over my butt area. I did purchase according to the measurements. I will keep these for my next surgery. They shipped very fast and I received them quicker than I expected which was great.
