I would rate zero if possible. I have requested them to cancel my subscription (which I did not ask for a subscription) and I am still receiving their worthless product (GPL1 patches) and being charged. Do not buy from this company

Scam company

Scam company. I filed a complaint with PayPal without success. Patches are fake, don’t stay on even if put on clean skin. They have charged me a second time without authorization. Although PayPal gives contact information, they don’t reply to it. This episode has really burned me. I am not in a position to lose this amount of money. If anyone knows how to get them to reply, please share. I am just sick about it. I need the money they have charged me.

I'd give a zero but it wont let me

I'd give a zero but it wont let me. I didnt know when you bought one box that the automatically sign you up for monthly subscription and you cant get in touch with anyone to cancel that so they automatically charge your card. i have tried to send emails with no response to them. I tried to go in and cancel the card but it wont let you do that either. This company is a scam!!! Do not buy because product doesn't work either.

I would do zero stars

I would do zero stars. This company and its products are absolute trash. I purchased a 1 month supply, very careful to not get roped into a subscription. I did not sign up for anything nor consent to any other transactions but they charged my card for more products that I definitely did NOT order. I have my bank working on a solution as well as I have contacted the BBB. Sucks that you can’t safely order anything online anymore. I will revert back to in person shopping only in the future.

Half a star would be too much

Half a star would be too much. I placed an order for 1 month supply. I got my one month but was noted about having a subscription. I DO NOT WANT A SUBSCRIPTION. But there is NO WAY to get in touch with the company to stop that from happening!! This is the worst customer service I have ever had any experience with. Stay away!!!

Poor Response from Lipoviausa

I already wrote a review for Lipoviasua. They actually responded to my review, it basically said "we are so sorry, please email us". But I have 8 times and not one response. Can't get anything even resembling how to return product. I have to go to the bank and have any future transactions blocked as I know, I absolutely know, they will charge me again, so its on me to try and get the bank to flag them.

Lipovia is a Scam!

Lipovia is a scam. After placing ONE order with them, they have been trying to charge the one-time use credit card daily for a subscription I did not authorize. Their phone number listed on their website 323-776-1816 is disconnected. They do not reply to emails either. Stay away!!!

Update... I have emailed Lipovia a few times and have never received a reply.

I would rate actually less than 1 star

I would rate actually less than 1 star. Was charged over $70.00 and no way to get it back even though when ordered there were promises of money back guarantee. DEFINITELY SCAM. Phone number got someone who said she couldn't hear me, there were tons of voices in the background, obvious scam tactic. My card was compromised after this order and I believe it was this company. Would definitely like money back and will try email, but am not hopeful.

Zero stars - Fraud

I ordered $69 worth of patches. They sent me $300 worth of patches. I spent $25 to send the products back (which were not as advertised). They said they would send a refund and they did not. This company is a scam.

Unauthorized changes

1 month after I received the patches I got another charge from Lipovia usa. Tried to contact the company, but the webside is down and they didn't answer the phone.
