Okay. I'll bite. I am not much of a fan of this website but that doesn't mean it shouldn't exist. You literally have 4chan and all of reddit which is basically straight, white men being racist, misogynistic, xenophobic etc. and they are allowed to get away with it because it's considered "normal" to view the world through their eyes (spoilt much?). If it's okay for them, it's okay for black women to have the same. In fact black women above everyone should have this space because they are the most marginalised group. There is no way it is remotely acceptable for straight white men to think they should be the only people who get to criticise others. Nope. They simply cannot cope with not being in control of how they are seen. Again, not a fan of this website because some people are straight up looksist with huge amounts of internalised misogyny BUT let's see these people in the reviews criticise all of the straight, white male heavy forums, subreddits, comments sections etc. on the internet FIRST (you know, the people at the top punching down) before you say anything about Lipstick Alley. You won't because punching down is your forte. Disgraceful. I'm not 100% sure they should even be on trustpilot since they're not offering a product or service. It's almost as if a straight white male set this up just to go on a misogynistic and racist rant (which is what the awful reviews are). Look how controlling these men are when they are not in charge and treated as they treat others. Four Stars because it's an insightful forum and can be funny at times. I'm taking one off for the internalised misogyny.

Report them to the CCPA. They are violating the right to erasure law by not providing a deactivate button. Mod acts like they are God and unquestionable. If you report a wrongly assigned infraction they give you additional infractions because the mods ego is bigger than his brain. It’s a man pretending to be a woman. Stay off that site for good. It’s a cesspool of lunatics. Mods are lunatics and so are the members. They create fake topics and assign fake usernames to bully and create engagement. They also sell people’s personal information. Do not sign up on that site!

Lipstickalley is a Russian Owned Troll site masquerading as a space for black people. The Admins are corrupt, they engage in and facilitate Right wing bots and trolls running amuck on the site pushing political misinformation and hatred against Different groups of black people. Stay away from this toxic, festering, rotting cesspool of racist tirades between different groups of the black population.
Orchestrated division is the order of the day on Lipstickalley all day, everyday. I believe the site was black owned at some point but as we have all seen with these online entities, the greed to capitalize on misinformation and the traffic activity that comes with the deluge of troll influencers is too much to pass up. They sold out and is letting Trolls and bots poison the minds of the people on these platforms.

Dont use the site. They steal your information and attempt to dox you. The admins are a group of mods from reddit. Condi long sold the site. The current moderators of LSA are known doxxers so don't PM them, don't share any personal info and use a dummy email to sign up with LSA. The admin allows for foreign users to use your account and have access to the email you signed up with.

You have been warned. Its not a good site.

They refuse to delete you account but yet will repurpose your account for their own use just for engagement. Every other message board I have been on the account gets deleted or locked. I have never seen any website allow random people to repurpose accounts. Every account has an email and location attached to it so if they are reusing accounts then they have access to peoples emails.

I asked for my account to be deleted but it wasnt. This was back in 2014. Now someone else is using my username with my email attached to it.

They are really desperate for engagement for that failing site. The site is filled with divestors and non black people which is why its so anti black and racist.

I strongly advise against visiting or engaging with Lipstick Alley. The environment on this site is toxic, filled with miserable and bitter individuals who seem to thrive on negativity and drama. Many of the users seem to have little else going on in their lives and appear to use the platform as a form of escapism from their own personal issues, including deep emotional struggles and broken family dynamics.

While it may seem like a place to discuss pop culture or celebrity gossip, the constant bitterness and hostility make it emotionally draining and mentally exhausting. It's a breeding ground for unhealthy, unproductive conversations that can affect your outlook on life if you get too absorbed in it. If you care about your mental health, I would strongly suggest steering clear of this site. It can leave you feeling spiritually and emotionally depleted, and it’s hard to escape the constant negativity once you’re drawn in.

For your own well-being, take a step back and avoid platforms like this that foster an atmosphere of misery. There are far healthier, more positive ways to spend your time online.

Its not good. The admin edits users responses pretty much changes what users write. The site is not about free speech. The site is about pushing an agenda. Anti blackness is ok. Xenophobia is ok. But saying true historical facts about white people is off limits.

Its scary how the admin is changing peoples responses in threads. I could write one thing, someone quotes it so the original response is there but when you go directly to the original response, its changed.

The admin is also white. You can tell by the writing style and the way they phrase things. The mods are still the same, biracials and black women who only date white men (you can check, they all only date white men) but they are under the rule of a white administration. Its disgusting. The coli would never do this but then again the coli is owned by black men.

The admins and mods love doxxing people as well. The site is very poorly moderated and many unfair practices are taking place. They way infractions and timeout are given is very unjust. Some people can get numerous timeouts and return every 2 days while others can get months long timeouts for pretty much no reason. The 2 main reasons people get timeouts are xenophobia and derailing but its clearly ran by bots. Its completely random as those are the 2 excuses used to place someone on timeout that they dont like. I saw someone create a thread about beyonce and the person who got placed on timeout received a derailing infraction for starting the thread. I dont know how the OP is derailing but thats how it works.

Just use the site for recreational use only. Do not use your personal email or divulge any person info on that site. The admin is clearly stealing info and selling it.

If you want to find out a little information on a celebrity you like, don't ever click on Lipstickalley. It is full of miserable women who can't get a decent man and so result to disrespecting black men who are in relationships.

Every black male celeb is cheating or he is hiding his true identity (meaning he is not straight) as far as they are concerned.

A celeb can make one little comment about hair or clothes and he is labeled as hating black women. That celeb will be ridiculed on that site forever.

A thread is started to talk about a popstars new album or clothing line, and it will eventually turn into negative comments about her partner or her dating history.

Even the stan threads are filled with hateful comments.

I don't think anyone on the site likes any celebs. And they think they are all therapists or marriage counsellors.

They are obsessed with celebrities breaking up and hate seeing happy female celebs, BW or WW.

I think they just project their unhappiness onto these celebs and hate to see other people living a good life.

People on lipstickalley make up lies and spread rumors with no proof or they just copy and paste some conspiracy and it becomes a trending thread which goes on for days.

I left the site in 2019 and checked it out recently, it is far worse today.

Its actually kinda sad that I went on that website for dating advice for black women. I'm a white man and went on their hoping they would have a open mind and I will say that black women to me are the most beautiful women to me personally.

But it's just sad they are so bitter and hostile. And get offended when you mentioned how beautiful they are.

This cheap website cannot accurately track IP addresses. So this “The Admin” person went into a thread I made talking about racism and banned me under the false pretence that I was trolling and had made multiple troll accounts.

I never made multiple “troll accounts”, as if I have the time and energy to dedicate to such foolishness. She also called me a nut job, psycho and a slew of other names just like her nasty mean rude mama used to call her!

The multiple accounts I was falsely accused of creating weren’t even made by me - they, the accounts I mean, all identified themselves as being middle aged white women - all those accounts did was talk about Kate Middleton and the royal family - a subject I have ZERO interest in.

Don’t ever make an account on that website. Most accounts are probably just fake fonts created by the admin to make the website seem more active than it truly is. The liar! She’s a 67 year old woman being nasty on the internet to strangers for no reason - yet she calls ME the nut. I remember when Lipstickalley wasnt boring. Its literally the same discussions over and over again such as Black men, colorism, diaspora wars and white celebrities. Not only is it the same discussions, its the same fonts in every thread copying and pasting their last reply into every thread. You literally have fonts that keep a clipboard of responses that they post daily on that site. Glamorous one is notorious for this. She lives on lipstick alley and posts the same replies in every thread. You would think she is a bot but no, shes a real person. A real overweight BW who worships WM but shes not getting very far.

The site is NOT for Black women. They just direct everything towards Black women because BW on average are just as much as incels as the WM on reddit. Seriously. Whats interesting that the vast majority of moderators are BW who worship white men yet they cant even relay to other Black female fonts what happened during the purchase of LSA. Now these same mods dont have an issue sending personal emails to fonts to get them unbanned or give them a new username.

Thats also the other interesting thing, LSA sells dead usernames on facebook. This is why the same font from 2011 will popup out of nowhere sounding completely different and appearing as a different gender.

Lipstickalley completely changed demographics in the past 4 years. There are many racists there posting disparaging comments against blacks, pretending to be blacks themselves. The moderators do not ban racists or even put their racists posts on “derailing thread” (a sort of dump thread for all posts that derailed a thread), but will quickly put members on time out for pointing out that another member isn’t black.

The admin account is run by different people, based on their posts. That forum was sold to someone who isn’t black and it is gradually becoming 4chan or a cheap version of Reddit.

Lipstickalley used to be a great forum; people from the entertainment industry would share some secret they knew or witnessed (called “tea” on the forum), members could discuss sex, romance, embarrassing personal stuff anonymously, and talk about many more stuff. Now it is just a cesspool of unhinged posts from emotionally stunted non-blacks mocking blacks while pretending to be one (ImGone is one of them) or openly racist posts from white supremacists and those members are never banned.

In a few years, that forum will be history since lipstickalley is only popular because it WAS geared to black women, but when the sidebar is filled with horrible news headlines (posted by that demented Swedish member, Freya) and the other threads are lame attempts to hide racist point of views from the white supremacists running amok, no one can expect blacks to stick around much longer.

And the non-blacks will not remain there either. The only reason they are there is to anonymously harass blacks.

The loser owner of the forum will lose money they spent buying it, and will desperately scramble to clean out house, but it will be too late.

The negativity on this website is too much for my mental health so I quite a year ago. I will share my experience to guide others.

The African forum is just a Nigerian sub forum. The Nigerians on there think they are the only true African and that other Africans cannot compare. This is very arrogant and obviously false but what do you expect from Nigerians and their pride? It is a front for deep insecurity and self hate. The mental illness and plain falsehoods make me laugh. There are a lot of Nigerian posters who hate black Americans as well and there are constant diaspora wars on that site. This is the main reason why I decided to leave. No room for differing opinions or anyone else's ideas. As a black male the forum is very hostile to us and makes it a constant theme to dog us down. It is truly evil.

If these people exist in real life I hope to heaven that I never meet them. The black racism and tribalism on this site make the KKK look humane and civilized. I am disappointed that Nigerians behave this way online and I do not see that country lasting long in the future. If you are thinking about signing up please don't your mental health will suffer.
