DO NOT TRUST THEM, They sent me old Nic that was reddish from oxidization. They told me to dump it out and they'd send $28 for over $75 but never actually sent the money anyway. I never disposed of it because it's poisonous so I'm contacting the FDA because I've never had Nicotine tear up me up like this before. My throat is still enflamed even after a month and they refuse to respond.

Package arived damaged at customs, customs provided paper work so they could make a claim.
They refused and then just stopped emailing us back, This is after how they tread someone after 5 years of doing business.
Stay clear of them.

I just want to add my experience with LNW. I ordered 2 250mg liter bottles. On their website it shows they are running 5 to 7 days behind. I ordered on a Friday and received my order exactly 2 weeks later. I was really worried and emailed them no less than four times. Every time they did respond and promised me to get my order. Super friendly and had no problem. Thank you LNW FOR GETTING ME MY ORDER ON TIME.

Ordered multiple times but the last one, i didn't recieve the parcel and instead of helping me they just told me that they were not responcible since I agreed to their T&C

Bought about $200 worth of supplies. The e-liquid base was high quality and tasteless as advertised. The flavors were spot on. Shipping took a while because of the rush created by the PACT act. It's a shame that I won't be able to order again because the government wants you to smoke cigarettes and die while paying $8 a pack in tax.

I asked to cancel order and they still shipped on the same day, then they contact to FedEx to return package but FedEx delivered and not even to me, it was signed to some unfamiliar person to me. my orders are only signed by CCAMEX not some B.Brown as their company stated and also FedEx. instead of sorting out with post and take responsibility to their ''own mistake'', not mine, they are pushing me to return to them order that I did not receive, and I do not understand what to do, should i pull the nonexistent package from my ass to return or what, someone tell me please? cause i don't know what to do . And on top of this all they are not shipping to me the order that I payed for! They are holding order and my FUNDS as well. This will not end well at all if u won't take responsibility of your own freaking mistake and send me my order. sort out your problem to FedEx not to me. statement was not signed by CCAMEX, it means it was never delivered to me!

An asbsolute scam, they took my money (was supposed to be $49.95) then charged me $110???? Never delivered though, total scam I'd AVOID these buttholes, they talk nice then steal your money AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

You’ve just lost a longtime wholesale Customer. I can understand being out of stock. Only allowing a 10 pack of bottles is fine, but charging $1300 bucks for 300 60 ml bottles IS STRAIGHT UP PRICE GOUGING! Totally disgusting! What about all my customers? I’m not charging my customers an inflated price due to the pandemic. You should be ashamed!
Maybe next time, just say your out of stock instead of insulting someone with ridiculous prices. When we all get through this.... I’ll remember & make sure others do too.

Always buying from them, the best nicotine supplier is to date. Surprising to see so less reviews. Excellent price and great nicotine.

First purchase went without a hitch. 1 litre 24mg. Looks good quality, crystal clear and so on. Second purchase they changed the delivery address on the shipping label. I checked my order on their system and it had the correct information however Australia Post says it doesn't show that important address information and was delivered to someone completely unknown to me. I contacted LNW about this and their only reply was that it was delivered even though their own confirmation email when it was shipped shows the wrong shipping address, which contradicts what is on the system for my order.

This dispute is still underway, but the fact that I have to jump through hoops for their obvious mistake leaves a bad taste in my mouth. As usual, when nothing goes wrong you don't know the true colours of a company, it's only how they deal with mistakes and errors that you know what kind of company you are dealing with.

So far, not so great.

Update: actually it does effect delivery and it did. I've contacted the post office and their official response is it needs to be Parcel Locker in full or PL, but definitely not P#.

At the end of the day, the problem here is that the address was changed without my consent or confirmation that it was ok to do so and that now that the package has not been delivered to the correct person, the only response is that I need to sort it out myself and that LNW has done nothing wrong.

I did manage to track the package down by going door to door in my lunch hour yesterday. So I consider this matter closed now and genuinely hope that LNW see this as an opportunity to update their processes and controls.

Attention! Fraud on the customer! I made an order and paid for it by credit card, this was secured by our customs and sent back, I have not received my money back today! there are only excuses! According to DHL Tracking, the package has arrived at your place long ago, the whole draws already over 4 months!
