One star is a stretch. I have cashed out once but they keep failing my redemptions due to and abundance of requests. Basically it’s a scam to get you to keep spending money.

Zero stars actually. It has been one week since I won a small amount of money. I have not received my winnings. I keep getting responses telling me they have more important people to deal with than me and my meager winnings.And that they’ll let me know when they get around to giving me my winnings. I tried to give them ample opportunity to rectify this, but when it’s been a week and I haven’t gotten my money they are clearly a scam. I do not advise using this casino at all. I have played on a lot of various sites, and this is the actual worst one I have ever dealt with. This one and ding ding ding. Zero stars all around. Bravo to your customer service. Be proud of yourself.

Why should you have to pay to withdraw your winnings; that makes no sense what so ever. Secondly, they don't have a package lower than $8. Most online casinos have $4.99 or whatever.
