Rip off company with a very late delivery (promised before Xmas) and wrong dolls sent. Ordered 3 different dolls as per advertisement but received 3 of the same description and not even as shown on the website.
Dont bother to contact them as no reply is the answer. Hopefully this "company" is shut down ASAP

Very misleading they lead you to believe that you’re gonna be getting actual books because they charge you a shipping and handling fee and then they give you a mystery box for free which is printable so in my mind I thought I was getting the books shipped to me because on my shipping site. It said it was waiting to be shipped and I was charged of shipping and handling fee. Come to find out. You have to print every single thing out yourself and then when you ask them for a refund, they don’t give you a refund they give you a partial refund of like eight dollars and then they tell you to go to Staples and get it printed out which will probably cost over $100 with all of it to get printed out so I would highly recommend not trusting this company and not buying anything from this company cause there’s nothing but a scam

Absolutely awful company, not responding to emails on returns, sent several emails but no response, they should be ashamed of themselves, we are pensioners now out of pocket, they should be reported

Dreadful company do not order from them. Like previous reviews i have emailed them 4 times not one reply. I want a refund. The k pop dolls are absolute rubbish. Never again.

I eventually received the dolls I ordered for Christmas. They were ordered on 9th December and didn’t arrive until 31/12/2025, which was already disappointing. Despite emailing the company three times regarding my order, I received no communication or updates at all. Unfortunately, the quality of the dolls was far below expectations. They feel cheaply made and are not worth the price paid — more like low-quality toys from a discount shop. Overall, very disappointing.

Never received the dolls (fake tracking info) and no response to emails requesting a refund. Do not use them!

This is a fake website. They took my money for figures that never arrived. They have fake trust pilot reviews on their website. I received an email to say my items had been dispatched with a tracking number but the tracking is fake too.
