Worst customer service!
This company is a nightmare to try and speak to anyone. Couldn’t get a response regarding my order which wasn’t dispatched for almost two weeks to then trying to contact about a missing item and still nothing in three days, disappointing and wouldn’t order from here again!!

Dear Sinead we are sorry you feel this way. We had to review our cctv in the warehouse before we could get back to you with an answer. Your placed a large order for 17 items. One was missing as was held back as was slightly worn/marked and we don’t send out items like this. We refunded you in full for this item and notified you via email once we had reviewed the footage. However we take on board your comment about contacting us and will work on improving response times. We hope you will give us another chance in the future and hope you are pleased with your other 16 items.

Very poor customer service wont buy from them againnand if no update today will go bank tell them i have not received goods I paid for

Massive apologies your email all went into our junk folder but we did respond when we found them today. RM misplaced your parcel as was explained via our email. As your items were in our BF sale unfortunately we had to refund you in full as we did not have it left in stock to re-send out to you. Apologies for this and we hope you will give us a chance to prove this is not normal service from ourselves or RM.
