I ordered 2 items but only 1 came after a month, the website say 5-9 working days , I’ve been emailing the company but no response, the customer service is shocking, NEVER order from there again!!!!!!

Terrible experience with this service. I purchased the baby lounger.
Package came late, I was repeatedly told it had been posted and was in transit when Australia Post denied they had the package. Requested a refund, however this was denied due to the package apparently being in 'transit'.
Requested a phone-call to speak with someone directly, as I was receiving generic, pre-fabricated, email responses. When I would follow up, due to no response, I would get the same pre-written response. No one phoned me, and there is no number on their website to follow up with.
When the item finally arrived (late) it was nowhere near the colour order (I ordered brown and it was red/orange). When I contacted the service about this I was told there are slight colour variations between products. When I said this is not reflective of the colour description I was asked whether I want a replacement, I said I either want a replacement or a refund - I was never contacted again.
The order also came in a tightly wrapped plastic bag... not worth the $200 price tag.
Atrocious service. Will never shop here again, and will be informing everyone I know of this. Would highly recommend everyone avoid them.

Similar to the other review I ordered a product I needed urgently for my son, 14 days later- still no updates on my order. I also emailed them to see if they could raise an enquiry with Auspost and just kept getting generic emails back from the support page saying your order is delayed. Extremely poor customer service - will never shop here again.

I purchased a playpen on their website. 14 days later- still no updates on my order. I have emailed them and they have been responding the same email (like an autoreply). Im very disappointed that this happened. I need it badly for my son.
